Our apartment (85 m²) is located in a wine-growing community in the district of Ludwigsburg, right on the Neckar Valley cycle path. Leisure activities such as cycling, hiking, climbing, canoeing and swimming are possible in the village or the surrounding area. Close to three restaurants in the village, a wine tavern about 2 km away, and several wineries and cellars with the possibility of wine tasting in the immediate vicinity. Freeway connection about 4 km, train station about 5 km, bus stop about 5 min.

We offer a centrally located apartment in a quiet residential area in Ludwigsburg. Especially nice is the way to the city center (17 min walk) and to the Blühenden Barock (15 min walk). Here you can walk along the beautiful Königsallee in a straight line towards the castle. Close to our apartment is the Salonwald/forest (5 min walk). This is ideal for jogging or a leisurely walk. Das Apartment verfügt über eine Schlafempore und einen kleinen Balkon (2m x 2m). Ein Schlafsofa steht zur Verfügung, sollten Sie nicht in luftiger Höhe schlafen wollen. The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
