From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade. Unfortunately, there is a construction site in the neighborhood right now. Therefore, sometimes a little louder.

The modern wooden house, clad with natural slate, stands on a historic vaulted cellar. The open living-dining area is equipped with a "kitchen workbench," dining table and 2-seater sofa. Bathroom with shower and toilet and an outdoor shower in the romantic courtyard. The sleeping area on the upper floor can be reached via a steep staircase (see picture).

Outside, we offer a wooden terrace with pergola, an outdoor shower and a 1700 sqm garden.

The apartment, located in a private house, is fully furnished and newly renovated. There is enough space for 2 people (no pets). Grundsätzlich ist es nur für 2 Personen geeignet. Das Cottage ist komplett ausgestattet wie z.B. Waschmaschine/Trockner, Sodastreamer, internetfähiges TV, WLAN, Loungemöbel auf der Terrasse und viele Extras. Haustiere sind herzlich willkommen :-)
