Apartment with a beautiful view of the Schrebergaerten. Large balcony. A plus point of the available parking space for one car. The kitchen is well equipped. We were very pleased and would book here again.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything was really clean and the bed very cozy. When the weather is nice, it's great to have breakfast on the balcony and enjoy the peace and quiet. The swimming pool was also great for a few laps in the morning. We will be back :)

Lovely cottage in a beautiful setting with all the amenities! We had a lovely and relaxing stay at Oliver and Sabrina’s place. The cottage was fully equipped with everything we needed, the beds were super comfortable, and the surrounding countryside was perfect for daily walks. Oliver and Sabrina were very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

I was here with three friends over the long Easter weekend, and we felt very comfortable in the apartment. The location is extremely quiet, the apartment offers enough space for everyone and has everything you need. A perfect place to relax and unwind!

Both rooms tastefully and practically furnished; single beds 120 cm wide - very comfortable; in the kitchen everything necessary is available, fridge even with freezer compartment. Bathroom spacious with good storage options. Apartment located on a park, quiet and with beautiful views of the countryside, walking distance to tram stop, bakeries and supermarket. Communication with Razzaq at any time, key handover directly on site and adapted to our arrival. A great stay!! Highly recommended!

Very friendly welcome from Tom who showed us the apartment and explained everything. There was free water and a bottle of wine and tips for good food. We immediately felt really comfortable and spent a few very nice days in a cozy, very clean apartment with wonderful views of the Rhine and the opposite castle, which is wonderfully lit in the evening. It was a super nice stay at the place. We got a great explanation in advance where we can find everything and were able to travel comfortably on and off again. Great place to stay for a weekend get to Koblenz! We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and spacious apartment. The hostess was super friendly, personally welcomed us and gave us a small introduction – that made the start immediately pleasant. Communication was overall straightforward and pleasant. The apartment is exactly as described: it is clean, well equipped and offers enough space – perfect for four, but also easily doable with six people. The location is great! The train station towards the city center is within walking distance, and the elevator to the gondola lift is right around the corner. Whether you're exploring Koblenz or just looking for a cozy place to stay, this is the place to be. We will be happy to come back anytime!

We stayed in Friedrichsdorf for several days and our experience was great! Peter was really welcoming, helped a lot with recommendations about what to do. I had several working days at the rooftop terrace that were beautiful and productive. We thank the whole family for the opportunity to stay there and we would definitely come back again! 🤗🤩
