Monthly Rentals in Indian Hills

My friend and I had purchased tickets to see a concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater. We looked for a place to stay following the concert and noticed the Bear's Den. The setting was amazing, nestled in the woods among the numerous trees and wildlife. The kitchen was well stocked with all the materials we needed. The perfect ending was the opportunity to relax in the hot tub after the concert! We plan to stay here again the next time we are in the area!

This place was the perfect little get away! We came to town for a concert at Red Rocks, and I’m so grateful we found this hidden gem! It was perfect. We enjoyed our fresh scones and coffee on the porch in the mornings, seeing some of the wildlife (a few elk right outside the door!), the outdoor shower & cute bathhouse, the proximity to a lot of local attractions (Red Rocks, Morrison, Denver), and the attentiveness of our host! We were able to meet Jen and will highly recommend this place to anyone headed this way! We look forward to future stays here!

Staying at John’s place was a pleasant experience! From the moment I booked the Tinyhouse, John and Jenn were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They were assisting us when we arrived and were always available to answer any queries we had. The property itself was clean, cozy, well-maintained, and with beautiful details in every room. Jenn came at morning to share with us Blueberry Scones which were as warm as her beautiful heart, we could affirm that John and Jenn care deeply about their guests. It was the first time in Colorado, it was the best experience for us, I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for attentive, friendly, knowledgeable hosts. Thank you for the hospitality John and Jenn!

Was a beautiful location, loved Red Rocks. Carly was responsive and had some excellent suggestions of local places.
