The approx. 45 m² apartment "Glücksklee" is located on the ground floor of our holiday home "Kleines Glück" from the 19th century which we have lovingly and high-quality restored. Thick exterior walls made of quarry stone and trussed loam walls on the inside combined with real wood oak floors guarantee a pleasant indoor climate all year round. The central location on the edge of the Eifel, coupled with the excellent connections to Aachen, Cologne, Jülich and Düsseldorf make it the perfect place to rest and relax.

A very nice, massive bench is right outside the door. Nearby Brückenkopf Park approx. 1.8 km Jülich city center - approx. 1.6 km Bus stop at about 300 m Train station approx. 1.5 km Highway BAB44 approx. 3 km Shopping about 300 m 45 min to Cologne trade fair, A sofa bed (suitable for children only) is also provided.

Tiny House Rursee Nature & Living Experience

Close to nature and relaxing – right next to the Eifel National Park. The tiny house is located above Lake Roer. Hiking trails are right in front of the house. Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage provide relaxation & coziness. In summer, the lake with beach invites you to swim & do water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

Nähe Fachhochschule und Forschungszentrum Jülich. Für 2 - 3 Personen, 1 x Gästebett (Wunsch) und 1 x 160 cm x 200 cm Samtbett (Standard) in grün. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind innerhalb von ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Eine moblie Klimaanlage, für warme Sommernächte, rundet das Ganze ab. Es gelten die Hausregeln.

Kornelius I - a nice apartment with garden

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

The vacation home is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly restored and renovated. The charm and many details have been preserved and highlighted. In the idyllic courtyard, wild wine grows and you can enjoy the evening sun.

We offer a renovated apartment in a central location with large kitchen-living room, dining area, tub bath and separate bedroom in Stolberg Büsbach, just 10 km from the center of Aachen. Private parking, about 70 meters away, and Wi-Fi can be used free of charge. We have created the possibility for an independent check-in, but always welcome our guests ourselves if it is possible for us.
