Hey, ich bin Julian und zusammen mit meiner Mutter bieten wir unsere leerstehende vollausgestattete 1-Zimmer-Wohnung für bis zu zwei Personen an. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem renoviertem & saniertem Altbau-Haus, welches du komplett für dich alleine hast. Ausstattung der Zimmers kannst du am Besten auf den Bildern erkennen. WLAN ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Es gibt eine Rurtalbahnhaltestelle mit direktem Anschluss an Linnich, Jülich und Düren. Ruhige und ländliche Gegend.

If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.
