Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Imperia

Casetta disposta al fondo del paese (se sia arriva dall'entroterra; all'inizio se si arriva dal mare), molto pulita ed ordinata. La piccola area esterna con tavolo, sedie e sdraio permette nelle belle giornate di sole un po' di relax a portata di mano. La posizione è ottimale per lunghe o Corte passeggiate o pedalate. Nelle vicinanze ci sono tutti i servizi essenziali. Seratina e Ivo sono ospiti reattivi e discreti, pronti per ogni tipo di richiesta e mai invasivi.

Enrico und seine Frau sind freundliche, herzliche und offene Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war super, die zwei sind sehr hilfsbereit und bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Gerne komme ich wieder vorbei, wenn ich in der Gegend bin.

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön gelegen und alles ist gut erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Perfekt wäre es dann, wenn Einrichtung, Küche und Bäder ein zeitgemäßes Update bekommen würden, manche Dinge sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Wir waren 8 Tage in dem Haus. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Die Kommunikation mit Cristina war großartig. Sie hat sehr schnell auf unsere Anfragen reagiert, hat uns mit den Tipps für die Gegend geholfen, war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Stefania est une hôte très sympatique, nous avons été très bien accueilli. Le gîte est en parfait état, propre, ordonné et agréable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour même avec la perte momentanée de notre petite chienne qui a été retrouvée grâce à la réactivité de Stefania et tout un groupe qui se sont mobilisés pour cette réussite. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Posto incantevole dal sapore antico ma comunque dotato di tutto ciò che serve. Host molto gentile, disponibile sia per quello che riguarda la casa ma anche per informazioni sui posti da vedere e visitare

Abbiamo trovato due appartamenti composti da 2 camere matrimoniali ognuno, bagno ed angolo cottura. Spazio ideale per due famiglie che possono avere la loro privacy e condividere molti momenti. Lo spazio esterno è grande e comodo, recintato sia per i bambini che per gli animali che possono scorrazzare liberi. È inoltre dotato di ampi tavoli per pranzi all’aperto tutti insieme e di una griglia. Gabriella è una host molto gentile, presente ma non pressante. Veramente apprezzatissima. La tenuta si trova in mezzo alla natura piemontese circondato da vitigni. Posto idea per rilassarsi e godere della tranquillità e dello spazio. I bambini hanno avuto modo di giocare liberi e noi di rilassarci! Consigliatissima!

Corrado hat uns persönlich begrüsst und eingeführt. Dabei hat er uns ein umfangreiches Info-Dossier erläutert. Die Wohnung ist mit sehr viel Liebe fürs Detail eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Besonders genossen haben wir das Kaminfeuer im Schlafzimmer. Die Dorfkirche ist in 1 Minute erreichbar und der Besuch der Messe war bereichernd. Am Haus vorbei führt ein Saumpfad, auf dem man auf den Hügelzug gelangt und einen 360°-Blick auf die malerischen Dörfer und Ölberge hat. Bei einem medizinischen Notfall war Corrado enorm hilfreich und besorgte erforderliche Medikamente. Wir können Corrado als Gastgeber und einen Aufenthalt in der Casa Bouganville in Villa Faraldi wärmstens empfehlen!

Excellent séjour dans ce très bel appartement à la déco stylée, très bien équipé et très confortable. L'emplacement est tout simplement idéal ; la réputation du Carré d'Or à Nice n'est pas usurpée. De plus, Marie-Françoise est une hôte très sympathique qui partage les bonnes adresses et qui se montre très réactive. Une adresse précieuse !

Asunto on mukava neljälle aikuiselle. Sijainti aivan meren äärellä, kaunis maisema. Alakerran boulangerie on loistava, herkulliset tuotteet ja ystävällinen palvelu. Lähistöltä on helppo liikkua bussilla ja junalla pitkin Cote d’Azuria. Jose ja Catherine ovat ystävällisiä ja joustavia isäntiä.

My stay at Lorenzo’s place was absolutely fantastic – honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! Even before arrival, communication was super friendly, quick, and reliable. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, fully equipped, and incredibly cozy. I felt at home from the very first moment. Lorenzo is a truly outstanding host – warm, attentive, and always available in case you need anything. The location is also perfect – peaceful yet central. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here and would love to return anytime. Thank you so much for everything, Lorenzo!

Location is amazing with everying just outside the door. The apartment was modern and clean and the host super nice. Perfect spot to explore the city and old town.

Brilliant location. Great, comfortable base, just like the photos. Very helpful host. The balcony is a real bonus, lovely place to sit. Walkable to seafront and the many things Nice had to offer. Very close to supermarkets, cafes, tram stop for both lines (including to the airport), station for trips along the coast. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend.

Simon's place is in a perfect location. It is in the center of the old town and in close proximity to everything. Lots of cafes, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, movie theatre, and last but not least it is walking distance to all public transportation including the train station to the airport. Simon is one of the best hosts ever! He is very responsive, helpful and kind. He went out of his way to make my long stay comfortable. He even helped me with my suitcase up the stairs when I arrived, showed me the apartment and explained everything that I needed to know. My flight back was early in the morning and I had to leave the house at 6:00am. I very touched when he helped me take my suitcase down the stairs and walked me to the station. He loves Nice and his passion for the city comes through by helping his guests feel right at home! Thank you Simon for everything!

Words cannot describe how gorgeous Anna’s place is. This home exceeded all of my expectations, and I could not stop staring out the windows. From your balcony you can see three countries, mountains, and ocean. It truly is a once in a life time place. You are of course up in a mountain so limited things around you to do but the city center is right at the base and there are plenty of amazing restaurants. For freedom it is important to rent a car as taxis up and down can add up. We found ourselves walking down and then taxiing up to save $ which was a beautiful scenic walk and enjoyable, but not the best option for those less able bodied. We also found it easy to use delivery apps to deliver groceries and food to us on days we did not go down. Unfortunately we were in the off season of tourism, but still found plenty restaurants open to enjoy. Anna is very proactive in helping arrange anything you need whether to call a taxi, or other needs. Do not hesitate to book this stay!

Abbiamo trascorso il Capodanno nella casa di Eddy e non potevamo fare scelta migliore. La casa è pulita, accogliente e situata in una zona tranquilla, perfetta per rilassarsi e godersi il soggiorno. Eddy è stato un host disponibile e attento,l. Consigliato vivamente per gruppi e amici che cercano serenità spazi comodi da condividere!

Sonia und ihr Mann sind hervorragende Gastgerber! Beim Check-in haben sie uns herzlich empfangen und uns über das Haus sowie dessen Umgebung und Empfehlenswertes aufgeklärt. Das Haus bietet so viel, dass man sich wohlfühlen kann - Grillmöglichkeit, eine Lounge, ein schöner Garten und genügend Platz um seine Ferien geniessen zu können. Wir hatten eine super Zeit!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est tout à fait conforme à la description. Denis a été très réactif pour la communication et très arrangeant pour l’arrivée dans les lieux. Je recommande !

Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questa casa: accoglienza calorosa; casa bellissima, ampia e molto pulita, dotata di diversi comfort come la piscina, la vasca, una cucina ben fornita e tante aree esterne tra cui un bel terrazzo. Uniche pecche il wifi non funzionante, forse per un problema temporaneo (ma a cui si può ovviare serenamente con la rete mobile personale) e la sala cinema con le casse che non si connettevano (magari dovuto a una nostra incapacità), ma sono cose che non hanno influito particolarmente sul nostro soggiorno, essendo spesso fuori casa. Comunque un'ottima esperienza che in estate potrebbe avere ancora più potenziale con un clima migliore e una piscina più calda!

We had such a nice stay. The place has stunning views and great amenities. Walking distance to the city center. Fully equipped. We were given super good recommendations for things to visit and do. Both the host and the manager were super friendly, polite and proactive. Overall we had a great time and would love visiting again!
