From the terrace, you have a beautiful sea view. If you need to work with the computer or stream movies, there is fiber with internet connection up to 250Mbit/sec completely free. Welcome to Lyckebro's old school! Here you live simply but comfortably with proximity to some of Bohuslän's main gems. We have three twin rooms and one double room (continental bed 160 cm wide). The rooms are 10-12 sqm. Our guests have access to the garden and our newly built orangery. Cleaning is not included in the price, as a guest you clean yourself, however, there is the possibility to buy cleaning for SEK 800. The host couple live in the school's old teacher's residence with a separate entrance.

Inredningen är äldre men fullt fungerande. Nu pågår en renovering, vilket innebär att vi erbjuder ett lägre pris för dig som vill njuta av den bohuslänska naturen till ett riktigt bra värde. Attefallstuga med alla bekvämligheter och höghastighets wifi! I stugan finns ett väl utrustat kök, umgängesyta med direkt utgång till en egen härlig altan med havsutsikt och ett läckert badrum med dusch. Altanen har både utemöbler och solsängar. Fem sängplatser totalt, men idealiskt för två vuxna! Även om kvadratmetrarna är få, upplever man att allt ryms i stugan. Direkt utanför finns parkering och här hittar man även stigen ner till bryggan och havet. Solnedgången bänk. Välkomna!

The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.
