What an absolute gem of a stay. The property is impeccably maintained and so beautiful. The guests house that we stayed in was so comfortable and very clean. The bed is quite possibly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The pool and the hot tub are perfect. The doggo’s are super sweet and lovable. Danielle and the rest of the team are all very smart and a pleasure to talk with. We will definitely be referring the place to our friends and will be back ourselves every year as long as it’s available.

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved this beautiful air bnb. The view from the hot tub was spectacular! A gorgeous home with lots of fun fishing and areas to enjoy a beautiful walk. The home had beautiful paintings and sculptures. We would love to return!

Kimberly’s school house canyon home was perfect for our stay! My husband and I wanted a home to stay in while we explored Starved Rock and Matthiessen state parks. The school house is perfectly situated between the two parks, and was a comfortable stay in between picturesque hiking. We especially enjoyed the fenced in yard and fire pit for relaxing evenings!

We stayed here for one night and had such a relaxing, peaceful time. We loved the backyard space and how private the location is. House was as described and easy to find. Great location to the hiking/parks. Already planning on coming back next year!

Absolutely loved this house! The house was clean neat and tidy. Located in a beautiful neighborhood. I could have lived on the patio! Definitely a great find being our first time in the Peoria area. If we ever find ourselves back in town this will be our place to stay 😊

Very tidy and cozy house. Super nice and helpful hosts. Everything is beyond my expectation. Due to the dust storm, it took me much longer time and finally arrived near midnight. Andy & Lynn waited and helped me. I'm very grateful. Arthur is also a nice town. I wish I could stay longer.

Decor truly unique, and whimsical. . Designated parking space made it hassle free. Walking distance to perform center and local restaurants.

“The Hidden Gem” was just that. We needed a place to sleep over for the night during a vacation and this place was perfect. Clean, comfy, spacious, well stocked on everything! I would definitely recommend this spot if you’re passing that way!!

Charles is a gracious host of an impressive vintage house. The house has real plaster walls, wooden floors and trim. I felt like I was back in my Grandmother's house from the turn of the century (1900's) on the East Coast! If we come back to the area, this will definitely be our first choice.

My family and I were in town for my nephew's graduation, and Marika's home was truly beautiful, so inviting, and comfortable. this was the perfect Airbnb for my friend, and I when we went into town and saw REO Speedwagon. Barb went above and beyond and even had snacks in the room for us and everything else to make us comfortable and feel welcome. She met us there on our arrival and was so friendly and helpful! her place was very clean and on the outside there was a nice area to sit and enjoy the evening and morning with beautiful flowers and nice atmosphere! Barb went above and beyond to make us feel at home and to be helpful in anyway she could. Inside, as you can see has the spiral staircase; a unique architectural feature, but if you’re traveling with heavy luggage, it’s something to keep in mind.
