This carriage house is located at the back of the property of a 117-year-old historic home 4 blocks from downtown shopping and dining. We're 15 minutes from Allerton Park & Retreat Center, 25 minutes to Champaign and 30 minutes from Decatur. You’ll enjoy the comfy bed, two dining/game spaces, TV area, a small kitchen with cooktop, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and a full bathroom. It is great for a weekend get-away! Located in the Lakeview neighborhood, it is 1/2 mile to the Brown & Red Line el trains, less than a mile to Wrigley Field and 1.5 miles to the lakefront. The Lakeview Loft will provide guests a true Chicago experience while staying in a great Chicago neighborhood. We believe in giving back to our neighborhood as well so for each booking we donate $5 to a local children's charity.

Lincoln’s Loft is close to everything making it easy to plan your visit to downtown Vandalia. This loft offers a bedroom, full kitchen and bath, dining room, living room with a pull out sofa, and large smart TV. This loft also offers beautiful views of the oldest State Capitol in IL and is within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and local shops. The Courthouse Loft-History, hot tub, and coffee!

The Courthouse Loft resides in the historic courthouse used in the mid 1900s on the second floor of The City House. The original railing and gate of courtroom divides the 825 soft studio style layout. Loft has a separated bath and laundry and a patio with hot tub! Mid century and historic style will wrap you in comfort and luxury during your stay. We are above a coffee shop, so pop downstairs for breakfast and your morning brew! Oh, and never a cleaning fee!

Historic Havana Lofts ~ South Bank Loft ~ Downtown

The South Bank Loft features a large, open studio style living space highlighted by gorgeous floor to ceiling windows overlooking historic Main Street in Havana, Illinois. The space has been meticulously restored and boasts high twelve foot ceilings, original restored crown molding, exposed brick and original hardwood maple floors. The loft also features a kitchenette with high end cabinetry, custom tile back splash and under cabinet lighting.
