It is one of the safest neighborhoods in Chicago. Parking is easy! We’re 2 blocks away from a park (dog park, playground, walking/running path, tennis courts, indoor and Olympic sized outdoor pool). Cozy private suite in the lower level. Guests have the suite to themselves. The bathroom is adjacent to the room and is private. There is a small fridge, a coffee maker, and a microwave oven. We are in Geneva, Illinois. We are LGBTQ+friendly. Our space is ideal for shorter stays and visitors on the go . Not suitable for staycations. Quiet area. Hosts live on the upper level and guests pass through our space to get to the suite. In a bind we can accommodate a 3rd guest and a pet. Welcome.

Even though you are less than a mile from downtown St. Charles and 4 miles to the Geneva train station you have a private area. You may see deer out your window overlooking the pool and tennis. Not suitable for children or pets.

Welcome to our cozy little corner of the world! We are located just a few blocks east of downtown St. Charles & the gorgeous Fox River and about an hour's drive/train ride to downtown Chicago. You’ll be staying in a renovated studio basement space (which doesn’t feel like a basement at all). It’s a completely separate space with its own entrance & electronic keypad. Great alternative to hotel for business trip or visiting the area. Conveniently located in southwest suburbs of Chicago, 40 minutes from downtown by car (non rush hour) or Metra lines a few miles from the house. Set near a golf course and forest preserve, nearby to multiple restaurant and shopping districts less than 10 minutes away.

Creative and quiet light-filled garden unit with lots of books, accompanied by comfortable lounge furniture and touches of nature for cozying up and relaxing after long travel or late nights. This is a perfect space for solo travelers or couples. This is also a great space if you are traveling with a small child or infant. The place is set up much like a hotel room in that it does not have a kitchen but we do provide a mini fridge and Nespresso machine.
