Uncle Clyde’s Cabin

Bring the family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Great year round, whole house AC in the summer, heat and fireplace in the winter. Outdoor swings around a huge firepit. Steps to the lake. Fishing! Water rights, the boat ramp is one house away. Ten minutes to Havana for restaurants, shopping, river access. Dixon Mounds is 20 minutes north. Forty-five minutes from Peoria and one hour from Springfield. The sunsets and the peace and quiet are worth the stay. Pets are allowed, $75.

Relax on the deck with your morning coffee and enjoy a cocktail by the fire in the evening. Fully loaded with all the amenities needed.

The comfortable and eye catching furnishings and decor, along with great amenities, big and small, you’ll find the Schoolhouse cabin to be just what you need for a relaxing getaway. Enjoy the hot tub, heated game room outdoor bed or the multiple reading nooks. Oh, and never a cleaning fee!

Once used by seasonal farm labor in the 1930s, Bunkhouse Seventy-Four is a fully restored historic bunkhouse with all the modern amenities for a comfortable getaway. Perfect for couples, it features a full kitchen, bath, queen bed, a spacious porch, beautiful antique stained glass windows, a private outdoor soaking tub (Apr-Nov) on a 7 acre hobby farm. Within walking distance of a nice little restaurant and park in Watson Illinois. Free continental style breakfast items. Seasonal gas fireplace. We do allow 1 night stays if we have openings, please ask. We do allow a pet for a fee. Wild life everywhere around you, but close enough to walk to a restaurant.
