Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ilha de São Francisco do Sul

It was the first time I used airbnb, I had no references other than people's references and reviews... so as this helped me a lot, I would like to give my sincere feedback: valerio extremely attentive, answering questions and giving tips... the apartment has nothing to talk about , those who book this apt will not regret... because everything has everything that is described and much more... for example the shower is excellent... outside the extremely perfect place for my stay with my 3-year-old baby, perfect for family, security easy locomotion... tranquillity! I thank Mr. Valerius and his wife!

Excellent location, close to the Municipal Market and several other tourist spots, not to mention the comfort and cleaning of the environment. Eduardo is wonderful, attentive and always helpful. I'll come back more often.

Great Space, the property is in a quiet neighborhood, with commercial establishments such as a supermarket, drugstore and others very close by. The apartment is very good, very well maintained and clean, check-in was very easy, communication with Geerleson and Paulo was very good, check-out was very flexible, anyway. I know Joinville very well and the next few times I go to the city, I'll definitely go back to the same place.

Our experience in this apartment was great. Extremely clean place, when we arrived it was very smelling and well set up. It is a large and very cozy place, besides being very quiet and safe. Anifitrião always responded very quickly and politely. Myself and my family when we have the opportunity we want to return.

We had a very good stay! Tânia welcomed us very warmly. The house was very clean. We only missed air-conditioning in all the rooms (there was only in the en-suite) because we had very hot days and the ceiling fans could not handle it. We were a little frustrated because the freezer, which appeared in the photos when we rented, was not working. We went to spend 8 days and took a lot of refrigerator stuff and only the refrigerator didn't work. Other than that, everything was fine. A wonderful view of the sea, super safe condominium for those who go with children, easy access to the beach. We liked it a lot.

I had a wonderful stay with my family! The site was exactly as described, super clean, well organized and very well equipped. Host Aline was very attentive and always available to help. The swimming pool was the strong point. I recommend it to everyone!

Our experience was very good! The apartment corresponds exactly to what is advertised: well-equipped, comfortable and with a beautiful view of the sea. The condominium offers great leisure areas and direct access to the beach, in addition to the market and snack bars that made our stay much easier. The pools are well maintained. The beach is quiet, without crowds, loud music, family atmosphere, with lifeguards on duty during high season and few vendors. We stayed with our 3-year-old son and it was a lot of fun, every day was sunny, we enjoyed it a lot. I recommend it for those looking for tranquility, enjoying a beach and pool with the family. The condominium has shops in front, but it's also easy to get to the city center by car.
