You can rent a quiet house without fear, a 100% host who answers everything at the time you ask, clears up all your doubts, we arrived at 11:00 pm and there was a burned-out light bulb... we just mentioned it and the host already asked to come change it right away... first time renting through Airbnb but look without comments I didn't regret it even for a minute... 100 points... Thank you José Luiz...

The house is a little piece of paradise, the sun rises in the sea in front of the house and sets in the lagoon behind the house in the fall, which provides incredible scenery to contemplate. The lagoon is rich in fish and siris, the experience of fishing as a family and preparing what we fish for the meal was very cool. In the back there is a beautiful tree with swinging, a bench in the shade and a trapiche, a very nice area to enjoy, we went with a child and a border collie that love water and they played a lot, a positive point is the balcony with a table, fireplace, swing with a view of the lagoon, which you could see them playing even while we prepared the meals. At night lights give an even more special charm to the scenery and allows you to continue to enjoy. Well-equipped kitchen and other comodos serve the stay very well. We live very precious moments in this house, with beautiful days and very happy in the family. The very attentive and helpful host on all issues.

Jair is super good people, the house is complete, extremely clean and well positioned. São Chico is super safe and the people very polite. The beaches are beautiful and on the side of the house we have a quick access to 3 of them. Anyway, I recommend the house, the city, the Jair, the beaches, the people... it was a trip top!!!

Henrique was extremely dear to us during the visit. We had a small issue with the refrigerator after a few hours in the stay, and he promptly left us with a spare freezer and the next day he took a new refrigerator. It helped us with recommendations for places to eat and super proactive with everything we asked him. The house is beautiful! Super spacious and fits 2 cars quietly

The house has a great location, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It is very spacious and has comfortably accommodated our group of 10 people. The kitchen is well equipped and has met all our needs. Leonardo and Kauê were very kind and always helpful. Beach chairs, umbrellas and coffee maker were great differentiators that made a difference in the stay. I recommend it!

The apartment is exactly as it is on the listing, we went in 4 people and we were very well accommodated. Condominínio has a great structure and the beach is excellent.

We loved our stay! Fernando was extremely helpful from start to finish. The house is wonderful, very well-equipped, and has everything we need. It faces the sea, in a place that conveys an indescribable peace. The condominium is very well located, close to Beto Carrero and other tourist cities in the region. We recommend with eyes closed! In addition, the house is very cozy even on the coldest days. We definitely want to come back at the next opportunity.

My family and I had an incredible week, very helpful, attentive host, beautiful place as in the photos! The best thing is the view of the sea! The apartment had everything we needed, I felt at home, nothing was missing, the TV with Netflix was great for a nice rest, and a new series, apart from all the surroundings that have everything close by in the condominium itself! My son was delighted with the courts, the game rooms and swimming pools! Great for kids! We will definitely come back more and more often!

We were greeted by Wagner even with the late arrival, with great cordiality and promptness. The accommodation is comfortable and well located, with everything working perfectly. The only setback was with the electronic tower exit device, which required contact with the concierge for clearance — something that is due to the condominium system, not the host. Wagner also provided detailed information about the leisure spaces, gave tips on places to visit and food options. We recommend the accommodation for the attention and quality of the space offered. Overall, the experience was very positive and enjoyable. We will certainly revisit the place.
