House on the sand as described; easy access and great location. Grocery stores, pharmacies and bakery in the neighborhood, within a 300m radius.

Firstly, I would like to thank Tarso for giving its space, a piece of paradise in Itapoá, a beautiful and cozy house, with a garden with trees, we enjoy a lot, just 40/50 steps you are on the beach. Tarso was super gentle and gave a little chic to my baby he loved, all the afternoon naps went there. I recommend and will be back as soon as possible!

Our stay was very pleasant, the house is spacious, clean and comfortable. It is very clean bedding, kitchen with all the necessary utensils. Very considerate host. Highly recommend!

The stay was very good, very quiet and the apartment had a great infrastructure. Great location and close to market, pharmacy, bakery. Liana very requests and proactive, very concerned with the adaptation and the period we stayed in.

This was my second long term stay with Artur and every bit as good as the first visit. He even added a capsule coffeemaker which satiafied my endless coffee addiction. Great location. Great pool and gym on top floor. Very nice apartment, and you couldn't ask for a better host.

Amei, it was me and 3 more people (two couples), the apartment was perfect, the condominium is pure luxury and has a part of the beach "restricted" only to the people of the condominium. We have nothing to complain about, except that the apartment is a xodó, beautiful and well cleaned.

The place is wonderful, the view incredible and the space extremely cozy, we were very well received, everything in the place was perfect!

My stay was excellent. The beach, with direct access through the house is excellent, calm, sea water in good temperature and little movement, even in this season, leaving all our days there with an air of peace and quiet. The house is spacious, well structured and clean. All linen and towels were clean and smelling. Even the networks were clean and smelling! The huge, quiet terrain for parking. We went with our dog and she enjoyed it a lot as well. It has two markets very close by, which makes it very easy. Danilo was always very kind and responded quickly. We had no problem in the stay. We were welcomed by Renata, very dear and attentive as well. The care of the house is noted because even everyday things like utensils, pans, tablecloths were all new. I recommend it. If possible, I will return for sure.

Chalet very tasty, with everything necessary, privacy, hydro, many birds and comforting noise of the water in the pond. The place is even more beautiful in person, all very clean, and it's easy and quick to get there. The trail is not for beginners or sedentary, but if you can get up there, you can be dazzled by the view of the region. Seu Luiz and very helpful wife.
