the accommodation is very well located, close to the machines of the island and not very far from the center, it is clean, well-equipped and quiet. Our stay with Bruno was fantastic. We were in France for family visits and this cottage was by far the perfect place to stay. Everything was in good order: from the beds, to the kitchen, bathroom, living room with large TV and garden with even a BBQ present. It all looked new and tidy. Our host Bruno was very warm before and during our trip and responded quickly to our questions. All in all, it was a nice experience. Absolutely recommended!

Great stay, incredible view, well-equipped (too bad there is no small kitchen base (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar) but coffee available! only downside, the road is very busy during the week, and the proximity of the restaurant "entreponts", a little noisy on the terrace in the evening thank you cedric for this good stay

Beautiful house full of charm, crossed by light, with terrace and garden on one side, view of a quiet path and eco-neighborhood on the other. Refurbished but the owners seem to have bargain-hunted a lot for the furniture, the result is pretty and comfortable. Their children's world is also welcoming for little guests... We would have liked to stay longer! The owners were welcoming and available for any questions. A big thank you!

The apartment was lovely, we particularly enjoyed the balcony area! Very well placed for walking into the centre of Nantes and to L’ǐle des Machines. Julien was very responsive and accommodating with regards to check in and check out.

Google Maps did not clearly indicate the location of the listing but the caretaker easily guided us to the right place. We were there in May so we had no worries about parking, but I think it can be more complicated in summer. The place is great and the ocean view is amazing, the beach can be reached in two minutes and it's a real pleasure to be able to get there so quickly. There is also a nice little bar on the beach. There is a supermarket within walking distance and otherwise by car we are less than a quarter of an hour from all kinds of shops. The stay was great, I would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay. We loved the location close to the beach and golf course. The apartment was as described - very functional and quiet. The interactions with David and Hélène were easy and very friendly.
