The boat offers: a cabin with a double bed and a single berth, a cabin with two single beds, a kitchen area with, if necessary, a convertible double bed.

Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. Welcome to our apartment located in the St Jacques district, close to the Loire and Sèvre. Functional accommodation, ideal for a business or tourist stay. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, of a residence with elevator. It is a comfortable, fully equipped accommodation of 45m2. Ideally located 600 meters from tram lines 2 and 3, and bus line 4, the city center is only 15 minutes away. If you prefer to get around by bike, Bicloo station is 100 meters away.
