The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, nicely decorated and very well located: all the necessary shops within walking distance as well as transport to get to the hyper-centre of Nantes. Nicolas is very friendly, available and accommodating. This second long stay at his home was very pleasant and comfortable. I would recommend it in a second!

Very nice apartment, quiet - ideal for us who came to an event on exponantes, we even went on foot along the banks of the river. Super equipped, with a real feeling of home, and not just made for Airbnb with Ikea-

Very well appointed and furnished accommodation. A 5-minute walk from the tram, we are in the center in a few minutes. Communication with Élise is pleasant and efficient.

Apartment just as described and shown in pictures. Located in a neighborhood away from busy areas, but right on a bus line that takes you into the city center. Several shopping options nearby for groceries. Loved having the patio/outdoor space. Apartment was very nice, not super child friendly as there are a lot of breakables and I was always terrified my kids would accidentally break something. Very well stocked to be able to cook. Didn’t realize at the time I booked that there was no air conditioning, and when we arrived it was very hot so we bought a fan and that cooled it off some. Totally my error but if you went it in the summer something to be mindful of. WiFi was great. Host responsive. Highly recommend.

The apartment was lovely, we particularly enjoyed the balcony area! Very well placed for walking into the centre of Nantes and to L’ǐle des Machines. Julien was very responsive and accommodating with regards to check in and check out.

Perfect Nantes stay in Julie's apartment where we stayed as a group of 6. The residence is quiet, ideal with children who can go out and play outside in an enclosed garden. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from a convenience store, a park, several bakeries and conveniently located opposite bus stops to get to the city centre.
