Notre "petit coin de paradis" est proche de la plage et des commerces (une épicerie à 300m et la plage à 500m). Vous l'apprécierez pour le confort et la tranquillité (malgré la mitoyenneté) , dans un endroit calme de l'île. Les 2 terrasses vous permettrons de profiter du soleil du matin au soir. Il est parfait pour les couples et les familles (avec enfants). C'est un point de départ idéal pour découvrir l'île !
