You will spend a stay in a house located in Goalès, in an agricultural area where you can see the activity of the islanders on the Isle of Batz, near the equestrian farm. You will be not far from the sandy beaches and shops, these are 500 meters away. Free WiFi access The island is 3.5 km long and 1.5 km wide, it brings together a small community of 500 inhabitants: fishermen, goémoniers, farmers, merchants, restaurateurs. A timeless, temperate and invigorating place, the island benefits from a microclimate, exceptional brightness, wilderness, horses on the dunes and ubiquitous sea.....We see it everywhere or almost, you feel it, you breathe it. It is an active, lively little city with its two-class school and college. The Delaselle garden, the lighthouse, the semaphore, the lifeboat canoe are to be visited. The media library of the thousand sheets for the loan of books and DVDs will welcome you to its bright and rich local. A tobacco bar, bakery, convenience bar, tea room, creperies, restaurants, taxi. A Sunday morning market from April to October where you can buy vegetables and fish or crab live from farmers and fishermen. A hairdresser, doctor, nurses, firefighters are present on the island as well as a post office and City Hall. The GR 34 allows you to go around the island along the coast for 12 km. Water activities with Dreams of the Sea. Equestrian Farm open July & August only. Possibility to discover the Isle of Batz by carriage all year: by reservation Possibility to walk around the island by foot or by bikes.

In the living room, a wide window similar to a constantly renewed painting plunges into the sea, facing south. In the library, the Glénans navigation class, is framed by novels by Déon, Morht and Hélias The children can read the vermeil bracelet in their room. By putting a log back in the fireplace, we can let ourselves go of thinking that our civilization has existed.

We loved everything about this house and the island , which is a perfect place to relax. The house was really spacious, clean and well-equipped with everything including lots of games to play if the weather isn’t great. Everything feels quite near to you, but we especially appreciated the proximity to one of the island’s most beautiful beaches. Definitely recommend!

very good stay on the island and Joel's house suited us very well for 3 nights...a small "exotic" garden, which we were unable to enjoy behind the house, because we came in winters...the house is a little dark on the ground floor, but it's forgotten as soon as we are outside...and a great tray of seafood at the PAB

Bonjour David, Marie welcomed us very well. We only spent one night allowing us to live two days on this beautiful island of Batz. For a couple, a bunk bed, we can dream better... If you don't have extra pounds for two on the same bed, that's fine too. We recommend this place that is the west of the island, very quiet. Best regards Claude and Anne

A very successful new stay on the island of Batz in this house very suitable for a stay with family. Everything is within walking distance of this little piece of paradise. The house is spacious. The garden and terrace would surely be very popular on sunny days. Simple and responsive communication with hosts we did not meet, keys retrieved with a code for self check-in.
