Ideally located on the island, in the quiet area of Penher, and yet a few minutes from the village (supermarket, bars and restaurants), and very close to the sea (beaches and coastal trail). The island of Arz is a paradise for young and old, an island without cars where everything is done on foot or by bike independently. The house is surrounded by a 1000 m2 tree-lined garden where there is no noise. The nearest sandy beach is a 3-minute walk. An exotic vacation guaranteed!

Pleasant little peaceful house with sea view offers a relaxing stay for the whole family, close to a very pretty beach, in the hamlet of Rudevent, on an island dedicated to nature, ideal for relaxing. Possibility to do safe bike rides, sailing... House located 15 min walk from the village and shops and 20 min walk from the port. In addition, there is a mandatory cleaning fee of €60 Optional sheets and towels €15.00/bed week and fortnightly booking on summer season
