Its exceptional location on the edge of the village and a 5-minute walk to the most beautiful beach on the island, Brouhel, will allow you to enjoy this unique environment in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan. A beautiful and bright living room opens onto a 70 m2 terrace, with its functional kitchen, long family table and living room around the stove for friendly evenings. 5 bedrooms and a studio.

Family home - 8 people

Ideally located on the island, in the quiet area of Penher, and yet a few minutes from the village (supermarket, bars and restaurants), and very close to the sea (beaches and coastal trail). The island of Arz is a paradise for young and old, an island without cars where everything is done on foot or by bike independently. The house is surrounded by a 1000 m2 tree-lined garden where there is no noise. The nearest sandy beach is a 3-minute walk. An exotic vacation guaranteed!

Fishermen's house a few meters from the beach

Hello. My place is a typical fisherman's house located 30 meters from a small family beach. It has 2 bedrooms of 10 m2 and a small bedroom of 5 m2. There is a wood-burning stove available for a warm atmosphere, a garden of about 200 m2 with private parking (electric barrier). You will enjoy 2 bathrooms equipped with showers (no bathtubs) and 2 toilets. The place is very quiet, surrounded by many coastal trails 5 minutes from shops.

The Île d'Arz lodge

Charming little traditional lodge, completely renovated. This cozy little nest nestled in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan, welcomes you with all the comforts you need for a solo or couple getaway. The interior is designed "like in a boat" and an adjoining garden is available to eat or rest in the hammock. Located in the middle of Bourg, on a small quiet square, shops and most beaches are within walking distance.

Manoir de Larmor

The charm of a 16th century manor featuring the comfort of the 21st. You will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea while being 10 minutes walk away from the harbour as well as the pier to all the islands. You will be located in the south wing renovated in 2015. It is fully independent and has its own garden viewing the sea. Everything is ready for welcoming you. Even your beds are done before you arrive!

Dream location with 360-degree views of the Gulf. Easy to access because it is 300 m from the Île d'Arz landing stage. And the best crêperie is across the street. Comfortable and well-equipped studio for a quiet and disconnected stay, for up to 3 people. The terrace and private garden allow you to have lunch outside, quietly facing the sea. In the evening, you can admire the sunset from your sofa.

Small fisherman's house completely renovated in 2018 with neat decor. It has a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven and microwave, freezer above the fridge. It has 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and a baby cot. There is a toilet upstairs. Bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine and toilet.

The house, located on a 1.1 hectare property, is located 1.5 km from the nearest beach, 2.5 km from a nautical base and village of Baden with its shops, golf and riding center. The pier for Île-aux-Moines is very close and new hiking or biking nearby.
