Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Île-d'Aix

We spent a very enjoyable week in Valerie's apartment. She and her husband welcomed us at the door even though our flight was delayed. A gift of brioche , orange juice and a locally produced aperitif was a nice touch. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything one could possibly need. it was really quiet in spite of being on the Quai which is a hive of activity. She replied to any communication within minutes. Highly recommended.

Christelle's place was excellent for our family of 4: clean, comfortable and very accessible to the center of town. Christelle personally welcomed us into the unit, and provided several helpful recommendations. We enjoyed the balcony for an afternoon "apéro" and coffee in the living room which faces a quiet courtyard. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. La Rochelle is a gem!

Lovely place to stay. Easy access to everything but still nice and quiet. La Rochelle was gorgeous.

Perfectly located appartment, and the garage is a huge advantage. Very nice place to stay at, close to everything, and easy to get in/out. I would not recommended it if you have small kids. There is some safety issues like the stairs, windows, plugs, and furniture that can fall.

A real favorite! Everything was perfect and the apartment met all our expectations during our stay. Very functional, clean, tastefully decorated and real attention to detail. We felt right at home there. The hosts are lovely, warm and very caring. Thank you for this beautiful break, we will definitely come back!

The accommodation is perfect for a stay as a couple. The beach is barely 2 minutes' walk and shops are also accessible in 5 minutes' walk. This is the perfect place to park the car and enjoy. Everything is as described with quality materials. I highly recommend it!

We had a pleasant stay at the Cabanon du Héron. Everything was perfect and confirmed the description even better: 2nd independent toilet, a small courtyard at the front of the house to enter the vehicle with EV socket and a small room. Good quality bedding, very nice terrace and pool. The accommodation is spacious and very well-equipped. We were very well received by Laurence and small attentions from our hosts. Had a great stay at Mélanie’s. It’s small but not at all cramped, and attractively designed. We had everything we could need. Really comfortable bed, good cooking and washing facilities. The place is a short walk from the centre of town and has a supermarket nearby. It’s easy to access the many cycle paths from the accommodation. Mélanie was a thoughtful and accommodating host. Booked the day before without any problems, Florian is very responsive. Her house is very nice and extremely clean, and well located.

We rented this accommodation for our wedding celebration. An exceptional place that perfectly matched our needs: spacious, welcoming, accessible, functional, safe for children because it is fenced... In short, if you have an event to celebrate or any other type of gathering, go there with your eyes closed, this place will be beyond your expectations once you get there :) We also want to highlight the availability of Dylan who is very accessible with a very professional and understanding attitude towards our wedding. Very quiet for the studio. For those who love walking, I've been spoiled. Xavier is responsive and helped me a lot. Good restaurants.

Ideally located, this accommodation is perfect for discovering the Île de Ré and its magnificent landscapes by bike (renter right next door, friendly). The added bonus of the sauna. Beautiful decoration, well-equipped. Good communication with the host who gives good advice. Parking right across.

Maryse is a very nice and available host and she is also very accommodating for the arrival and departure when it is possible! The apartment is ideally located, we rented for our 3-day weekend and we did everything on foot! The parking space is a big plus, we highly recommend Maryse and her property! You can go there without so much as a second thought, you won't be disappointed! Very eager to return to La Rochelle in this very beautiful property, tastefully decorated and so well located in La Rochelle!
