Holiday rentals with a patio in Île-d'Aix

The property is located on the sea in La Flotte. It is very well equipped - especially for someone with young children. Washing machine, dryer, high chair, stair gates, enclosed garden. In addition, the house is perfectly located right on the promenade. Everything is in walking distance. The place was really spotlessly clean!

I go down to Ismael often, and it's always perfect. Go there without so much as a second thought!!!

A very nice apartment and that must be absolutely excellent in summer with its beautiful pool... we had a great stay with our three-year-old son who was able to go out in the well closed courtyard. Fabienne answered our call when we got a bit lost…, thank you!

We had a lovely time, thanks to Angelique and Christophe's place! The accommodation is very well located just a few minutes by bike from the small port of the fleet and especially its market! The coastal path is also nearby and will give you some great running sessions! Otherwise the accommodation is very very very functional , everything is well thought out, enough appliances to feel that we are missing nothing. there are many electrical outlets, storage, the space with the double bed is well thought out and gives you the impression of a real room in this studio. The underground parking is just the cherry on the cake! Honestly, I did a lot of airbnb and I find that Christophe and Angelique's place was designed for "us" guests so that we felt at home... and it works! Thanks again and I would highly recommend their place!

After a first misadventure with an Airbnb originally booked, we book Antoine's home quickly. What a pleasure it is to find a place that is as described. Very well located, functional apartment where you can find everything you need for our arrival. The places are clean, the location is ideal with a plus for underground parking. Antoine is very responsive and welcoming. In short, I would highly recommend and will not hesitate to come back if we come back here. Great weekend in this place, I recommend. If you want to walk around, the accommodation is 5 minutes from the Royan coast. Hélène was very responsive and cordial.

An enchanted break on this little island. The accommodation is 2 steps from the port, restaurants and walks on the ramparts . The space is step-free what was perfect for my adorable 87 year old mother, more secure! The apartment is clean ,modern and has a terrace . The ++++ a box for the car!!! Thanks to Marina who is very responsive and will tell you the right restaurant and other tips I'll go back there without hesitation 🙏
