The journey is via a 3 km long road from Lunschania, which is located on the main road about 5 km before Vals. Away from the hustle and bustle, with a wide view over the valley, the house is the ideal starting point for hiking, relaxing or switching off.

Our holiday home "Althus" is located in the Safiental in the hamlet of Gün and is a typical Walsehaus at 1600 m above sea level. It was built in 1701 and rebuilt in 1995 with the monument protection gently, practically and simply. Here you can relax wonderfully in the middle of nature. In spring, summer and autumn, hikes throughout the Safiental, visit to our farm, watching wild animals, colors of the wild meadows... In winter, it is great for ski tours, snowshoe hikes, or just enjoying.

Updated Sunny Chalet in Andiast : Hiking & Skiing

This 6-room historic chalet was beautifully renovated and updated in 2022. Located in Andiast at 1200 m, every room looks out on mountains or alpine meadows. The house is nearly at the end of the road and is unusually peaceful and authentic. Walk out the front door to hiking trails or enjoy great mountain or e-biking. Downhill and cross-country skiing are easily accessible, along with a store and restaurants. Balcony and garden seating, convenient laundry room, and a private study.

Vacation home in the countryside

The unique, south-facing 4.5-room vacation home is located on an alpine pasture, 820 m above sea level, not far from the villages of Sagogn, Flims and Laax. Due to its unique and secluded location, you can enjoy absolute peace, relaxation and pure nature here. In the early morning hours you can watch chamois, deer and other wild animals from the property. Directly below the house (about 200 m), the Rhine flows through the imposing Rhine Gorge. The golf course is also not far.

The House in the Forest of Valchiavenna

Our house in the woods is a typical masonry building that was renovated in spring 2019. An oasis of peace and quiet surrounded by nature, ideal for families or couples seeking relaxation and romantic intimacy. View of the Valchiavenna mountains, with large lawns for garden use. There is a cycle path a few metres away, and there are numerous excursion options. It is 10 minutes from Chiavenna and 30 minutes from Lake Como and the Valchiavenna Ski Area.

Chalet Balu

The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

Relax with the whole family and four-legged friends in this quiet accommodation. Casa Angelica is located on the ground floor with a separate entrance and a private fenced garden. It has a bedroom with a double bed, TV, a bedroom with a French sofa bed and fireplace, TV. A private bathroom with a bathtub and a kitchen with essential facilities for cooking and eating meals. Outdoors there are sun loungers, a dining area and a barbecue area.

The region offers many other great activities in close proximity. The cozy atmosphere is guaranteed not to fall short, thanks to the fireplace, natural panorama and the rushing stream right behind the house. Dogs are welcome.
