"Casa del campo" in Semione - 250 sqm with sauna

Historic house from 1669, renovated in 1977 and renovated again in 2017. It is located in the lower part of Semione, in direct contact with the countryside. It is part of a small rural nucleus surrounded by fields, orchards and vineyards 300 meters from the river. It is divided into two apartments with separate entrances: one of about 200 square meters and another of about 40 square meters with a sauna. The two apartments are connected by an internal staircase that allows you to have the entire house.

Our holiday home "Althus" is located in the Safiental in the hamlet of Gün and is a typical Walsehaus at 1600 m above sea level. It was built in 1701 and rebuilt in 1995 with the monument protection gently, practically and simply. Here you can relax wonderfully in the middle of nature. In spring, summer and autumn, hikes throughout the Safiental, visit to our farm, watching wild animals, colors of the wild meadows... We rent a cozy house with a large terrace in the rustic Muotathal. All infrastructure is available. Very family-friendly (no traffic) located in the agricultural zone, yet within five minutes of the village center with shopping and public transport. Ideal for families and sports enthusiasts, in winter ski tours, sledding with huskies and skiing in the nearby ski resort of Stoos. Cross-country and snowshoe trails right by the house. In summer, it is a hiking paradise.
