Dit heerlijk lichte 4 kamerappartement met 3 slaapkamers en zeer groot dakterras op het zuiden geeft dat `echte´ vakantiegevoel. Het ligt op recreatiepark De Meerparel in de jachthaven van Uitgeest met mogelijkheden om te zeilen, surfen, vissen en zwemmen. De snelweg A9 is goed bereikbaar dus u bent zo in Alkmaar, Amsterdam, Haarlem of op Schiphol. Ook het strand van Castricum is binnen 15 minuten te bereiken.

Nice living with a view on the Spaarne River, lovely boxspring bed, and a large bathroom with a rain shower. It's a 15-minute walk along the river to the city center, and you can do it in 5 minutes by bikes we provide. 20 min to Amsterdam by bus or train, 20 min to the beach bus/train, bike 30 min. It is 40 minutes from the airport.

Our house is located in the beautiful Kleverpark, within walking distance of the center of Haarlem and the Centraal Station. Beach, dunes and forest in the nearby area, ideal for hiking and biking. Located on the central village square of the beautiful village of Ilpendam, our large house with a modern and luxuriously furnished studio is on the ground floor. Ilpendam is a picturesque village near Amsterdam, in 10 minutes you can be at Amsterdam Central Station by bus. You have a view of the garden and the adjacent park with butterfly garden and playground. Parking is free in front of the door.
