Based in Azumino/Ikeda-cho in autumn, embark on a journey to enjoy the spectacular views of the Northern Alps and the autumn foliage. From September to November, the autumn leaves gradually descend from the mountains to the villages in Shinshu. You can enjoy autumn scenery unique to each region, including Hakuba Happo Pond, Kamikochi, and the Tateyama-Kurobe Alpine Route. During the day, head to the mountains and plateaus to see the autumn foliage. When I get back, I'll relax in the sauna and the cold water bath. Please enjoy a quiet time in the countryside at night, with a BBQ and the starry sky. It is a private rental that can accommodate up to 12 people, so it is recommended not only for family or group trips, but also for couples and small groups. Conveniently located as a base for sightseeing in Hakuba, Kamikochi, and Tateyama Kurobe.There is also a washing machine and a bathroom dryer, so you can enjoy a comfortable stay even for extended periods. You can also come by public transportation, but having a car is more convenient. Free pick-up and drop-off is available at Shinano Matsukawa Station and Meisha Station.Other transfers and sightseeing transfers are available for ¥2,000 to ¥8,000 (return) within 2 hours one-way.For groups of 5 or more, we can arrange car rental, so please consult with us in advance. October and November are the seasons to enjoy the autumn leaves and the quiet of Shinshu. It is also recommended for a leisurely trip where you stay for consecutive nights and enjoy autumn in different ways in places such as Hakuba, Kamikochi and Azumino.

Mökki means "cottage" in Finnish. Enjoy your time in a special place surrounded by nature. Guest house Mökki is located in Shinano-cho, which is blessed with forests, lakes and snow in the northern part of Nagano Prefecture, and there are many natural places such as Kurohime Kogen, Lake Nojiri and Togakushi nearby. You can freely use the comfortable building renovated with natural materials such as cedar, cypress, and plaster, the natural garden that creates seasonal scenery, and the forest where the stream flows.In the forest that we have been maintaining, you can see small birds, squirrels, and raccoons, and you can enjoy strolling around looking for wild vegetables and mushrooms, as well as swings and hammocks. We also paid close attention to the interior design and kitchen utensils to make sure you can enjoy 'living'. At the gazebo by the stream, you can enjoy a BBQ or campfire without worrying about the weather. It is ideal as a base for hiking, fishing, paddleboarding and golf in the green season, and as a base for winter sports in the snow season. There is a smoking table in the garden. There are no restaurants nearby because it is far from the city. Please have dinner before you arrive or bring your food. The kitchen includes water, a gas stove, dishes, pots, and frying pans. There is also a fire pit for barbecuing in the garden. The accommodation fee is 6,500 yen (due to rising prices, the price will be raised) We do not accept last-minute reservations (please book at least 3 days in advance)

This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)
