The secure condominium in a great location and the apartment is very comfy and cozy. The only negative point is that there is no parking on site, and it is necessary to use Private Parking (in my case, it was necessary to park on the street because the parking nearby was full). Despite this issue, I would stay again.

Shops, cinemas, bars, restaurants, bakeries, all next to the apartment. Easy access to other neighborhoods, Burle Marx Park, Morumbi Park, Morumbi Stadium, all close to the apartment. Clean, impeccable location, air-conditioning, everything perfect! Highly recommended!

I loved it so much to stay in this beautiful house! The jacuzzi is the best I've ever used in life. The house is very well equipped in kitchen utensils, which I found a differential for those who will stay and like to cook.
