Very comfortable apartment, exactly as in the photos and as described. Good location. We had a small problem with the internet but the host was very attentive and responded quickly.

The appartment is amazing! 180° panoramic view of the city centre, inspiring decor and lighting. Ideal for couples and for photo shoots. I already know where to stay when I return to SP!

It exceeded our expectations. Mr. Clayton is a great host, very helpful. I asked him at the last minute to help me surprise my boyfriend, he did it beautifully and left it as a courtesy. The house is impeccable, fully equipped. Humanised check-in, we love it. We will definitely return with our daughter and we will not accept not staying there again. The cottage is very cozy, soft towels and bed linen and everything very clean!! very good internet!! Andrea and Sergio are always caring and friendly, we will definitely be back!!

Felipe gave us very complete and organised instructions from the moment we made the reservation. During the stay, he and Elton were very helpful and responded to messages super fast - they even lent us a coffee filter and flour that we forgot to bring hahaha The house is wonderful, very well cared for and clean - super well-equipped kitchen and plenty of blankets for the cold days we faced. The garden is impeccable, all well thought out and planned for moments of rest and contemplation. The waterfall near the house is also wonderful and easily accessible. We had a lot of fun lighting the fire that Elton left ready for us! Finally, the dogs in the house, who kept our Caramela company every day, were very docile and pleasant. I highly recommend it for those looking for days of rest in a beautiful place like this! Thank you Felipe and Elton!

Excellent place, with all the amenities and very thoughtful to make the guest's life easier. Every morning the caretaker would clean the pool and the jacuzzi. We also hired the bed/bath linen, in addition to the service with the cleaning lady Fátima, which was well worth it. Hosts with instructions and guide about the place, easy communication. I'd definitely come back.

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with an excellent view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5 min walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

Extremely cozy place and matches the photos. Returning to SP, it will certainly be sought again.
