Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Igaratá

I went to spend the weekend of Valentine's Day and I was very well attended by Tom, very clear in the explanations, everything in the smallest details. The Studio is exactly as in the photos, everything very clean and organized, excellent shower and the highlight is the location, easy access to all neighborhoods of SP. I recommend it and will be back.

We love our stay in the apartment! The place is super beautiful, cozy and everything worked super well. Guilherme was also super flexible and attentive when we needed to stay a little longer. We definitely want to go back.

A great place for those who want to shop in 25 de Março and Brás. It is in front of the subway access to Luz station, which makes it very easy to get around.

Very well-equipped studio with a great location. When we arrived it was very clean and had everything we needed. My only point is that I found the bed a little hard, but other than that the stay was excellent.

Our choice for family accommodation was spot on! Maickon helped us from the beginning to the end of our stay, provided all the necessary support and made us feel very comfortable in our accommodation! The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need for the comfort and practicality of a stay that we don't find in hotels! The location is excellent, offering easy access to restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, shopping malls, as well as easy transportation between the best neighborhoods in São Paulo. We were all very well received! Maickon's apartment is on our list of best places to stay in SP!

Rose was extremely helpful and welcoming, which made all the difference in our experience. We spent 2 very pleasant days there. The house is well-equipped, with two rooms with heaters and electric showers, one inside the bedroom and the other in the shared bathroom. The structure comfortably accommodates up to five people. The beds are comfortable, there were plenty of towels and blankets available, and we were able to rest very well, even with the cold of the city. I had to wash some clothes during the stay, and Rose kindly provided us with a dryer, which made it a lot easier! Note: when using the showers simultaneously, you cannot turn on 2 at the same time, the light switch drops, but this was just a technical and workable detail that did not affect our overall experience. I highly recommend the accommodation! The house is comfortable and the view from there is wonderful, only the hills that we were scared to climb to get to the house because we are not used to it lol

The house is a charm! Very clean and organized Td! You enter and already smell the cleanliness! And the care with the reception (vases with natural flowers await you)! Impeccable towels, sheets and blankets! The house has several rooms, all very organized! Beatriz and Gilda even offer soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, sugar, coffee and firewood! Very close to downtown. I highly recommend it and we will certainly return again! Very fast in communication! They give complete tips about the region! My family and our friends loved the stay!

Beautiful House. We went in 8 people and the house served us super well. The view from the dam is wonderful and staying in the pool enjoying the scenery is a delight. Marília was super attentive, even before we arrived, sent us recommendations and it was super easy to check in and check out. my only addendum would be the mega ramp of access to the house. Please keep this in mind as it is extremely steep and was very difficult to leave (we even had to wither the car tires).

It was a lovely stay. The hosts' house is beautiful with a very well-designed architectural project! Spacious, clean, well decorated, quality furniture and with everything you need for a couple and/or family stay. The whole house is immersed in nature. We were able to enjoy nature inside and outside the house. The place is quiet and in a cooler part of the city, which provided delicious cold nights with a fire and fireplace. We took advantage of everything the house offered and we didn't want to leave. Blankets, bedding, heaters and fireplace present and working perfectly. Kitchen equipped with beautiful and complete crockery with sets. Everyone loved the house and we'd be back next time. A solitary host and always quickly available to assist us.

The Bluehaus apartment is very nice, we went with my partner and it has everything, very well equipped! The piece in the second has a spectacular view, and so does the terrace. One of the best neighborhoods in São Paulo, very close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. They were very attentive in answering all our questions. I recommend anyways!

We went in 2 couples and we were very well installed. The beds are comfortable, it was cold and we had a blanket and covers available. It didn't even feel like we were on Av. Paulista, it was very peaceful, we accessed several tours because we were so well located. Ana was very kind and helpful. I recommend it!

I recommend it. I'll even come back in the future.

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with an excellent view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5 min walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

The apartment is great, in addition to being located close to the main points of the city. I recommend it.
