The house is great, with everything I wanted and needed! The location is good, easy to reach and close to the beach! That grass at the front makes all the difference to take a little sun and for dogs to run free! Family tour, eight adults and one child. We are perfectly installed. The farm is exactly as described, large rooms, airy, full kitchen and wonderful pool. And the very complete game room, billiards, foosball and simulators, it was excellent in the hours we were not in the pool. A great place for recreation... Very close to the center, but we practically did not leave because we went to enjoy the space. Rogério our host, very friendly and attentive. Quickly answer all questions. Paulo, served us very well, the house was clean and organized, but there were not many utensils in the kitchen, the leisure area is good, the pool was heated, however, he hung up and the other days it was cold what I found impolite on his part, he also turns off all the lights at 10 pm, it was a point that we did not see in the listing and it hurt us a little bit since we were attending a work event in the city and we arrived after this time, the accommodations were simple, but adequate, if it was to enjoy the day the place is excellent and we would come back more times.

The cottage is super cozy, in the middle of nature we could hear a lot of birds. It has a barbecue and kitchen basics. The Internet is in the common area, but it's right in front of the chalet, so it went super well. It has a great pool, playground and pool table. By car you can go to several beautiful beaches in the region. The Cleia was super kind and the cabin was super clean! We love it and will come back for sure!

Simple but very nice and quiet place, it was great to spend the turn of the year there, the chalet and the area to the waterfall very well cared for and easy access.

It was a wonderful stay, me and my family felt at home. The house is very good and very clean, has a swimming pool for adults and children, kitchen well complete with everyday utensils, huge backyard that fits a lot of car. The Emanuel amphritriao very good people, always responded quickly and gave us recommendations from some places to know. A place I hope to return to other times.

Good morning! I wanted to say that the house is even more beautiful in person than in pictures! All very clean and well-maintained. The housekeeper was super attentive, helped us whenever we need and even accompanied us on the boat ride — it was amazing! We enjoyed a lot, even with not so favorable time to enjoy the water. Thanks for the Tour Tip, it was well worth it and it was really nice.

I have been to Monte Verde several times and without a doubt this is the most complete and comfortable house I have ever stayed. Contact with nature, breathtaking view, silence and comfort were the strengths for me. The host was Excellent, asked questions and was willing whenever I needed it. The house is complete, I did not miss anything, quite the opposite, it has everything I would have in a dwelling house, it is perfect. I only have compliments on the view, the house and the respect, affection and love in the house corner of this paradise. Grateful to Hosts.

The house is beautiful. Everything tidy and clean. Katia is very polite and responds quickly. In the photos show three bedrooms inside the house, but there is one more bedroom with double bed in the edicule that is great. It is good to take the food to prepare already, as it is a little far from everything. If you forget something, there is a mini market in the condominium. At the concierge, they are well educated as well. To get there, the road is good and smooth. It is a place to relax and enjoy. I loved everything. I definitely recommend it.

We loved spending the weekend in this place, the house was clean, in the kitchen there was everything we needed, hot water, warm blankets. The house is close to the center, which we went to on foot, and close to the main tourist attractions. Super attentive and friendly hosts. A wonderful experience and we will definitely be back
