Our stay in Monte Verde was wonderful! The house served us perfectly, the outside area is great and the dogs loved the free space. Always very attentive and requested hosts.

Karin's house is comfortable and has everything you need for a good stay. Complete kitchen, comfortable beds and is in a beautiful and quiet condominium. This was our second accommodation in this house. Karin responds quickly and leaves the house clean enough to welcome guests. We really like to stay there.

I loved it so much to stay in this beautiful house! The jacuzzi is the best I've ever used in life. The house is very well equipped in kitchen utensils, which I found a differential for those who will stay and like to cook. Simone is amazing and super receptive, and is always concerned about making us comfortable there! I went out to walk around to see the vines and horses, and everything is so beautiful! I will definitely return!

It was three unforgettable days for me. It was my first trip alone, me and my dog, and I found at the Rancho Maria Flor everything I was looking for, tranquility, peace, warmth. The impeccable house, so many beautiful details and all designed for the guest's well-being. We were very welcomed by Marta, who had the care and whim to leave even a bowl of water waiting for my dog, we love. She gave me all the directions about the house and made a lot available. About knowing the city of Atibaia it also passed several tips, but I did not end up leaving much of the house, so welcoming it is. It was beyond my expectations and for sure Buck and I will be back more often.

The location is excellent, close to the beach and with nearby grocery and bakery, which makes everyday life much easier. The house is simply charming: beautiful, cozy, very well equipped and with high quality items. A true charm! Marcel was super attentive, always responded quickly and was very kind to us. A Val, a homemade, also received us with a lot of education and care. In addition, the morning checkin is a differential. It was a perfect weekend!

The house is beautiful. Everything tidy and clean. Katia is very polite and responds quickly. In the photos show three bedrooms inside the house, but there is one more bedroom with double bed in the edicule that is great. It is good to take the food to prepare already, as it is a little far from everything. If you forget something, there is a mini market in the condominium. At the concierge, they are well educated as well. To get there, the road is good and smooth. It is a place to relax and enjoy. I loved everything. I definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay! The flexible check-in and check-out times were very convenient. The house was spotlessly clean and well organized, making our stay extremely comfortable. The host was exceptionally helpful, always indicating us the best beaches, restaurants, and markets nearby. Your kindness and attention to detail has truly provided us with an amazing experience. We felt totally comfortable in Caique's apartment! It is cozy and well appointed. We were able to park our car right outside the door and had a safe feeling at all times. The location is also great: the supermarket "Extra" is within walking distance, which was very convenient. A special highlight was the roof veranda – we were allowed to celebrate our daughter Emma's birthday there with a small barbecue, which was just perfect! We are very satisfied and will definitely stay again during our next stay in São Paulo. Caique was very accessible at all times and answered all our questions quickly and kindly. He even gave us great tips for the birthday party – for example where we could celebrate and where to get good meat for barbecuing. Thanks a lot Caique!

Great location, near restaurants and easy access to the beach. The apartment was nice, 3 bedrooms but one fairly small. The condominium was very nice and quiet, with swimming pool, and tennis court. The beach is just across the street.

Comfortable apartment in a great location - walking distance to Av. Paulista and several metro stations as well as many bars, shops and restaurants.

My family liked it very much, next time we go back to São Paulo we will be there for sure !
