For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. The accommodation is a unique experience! But: If you are looking for comfort, perfection or a modern, clean and functional place to stay, you will be disappointed here and should therefore NOT read on (there are more suitable offers for this). . But if you are looking for a unique house with lots of charm and history, and do not mind that it has drafts, that the window is stuck and here and there the plaster is crumbling, you should definitely read on and visit the "Haus am Hügel".

We rent a cosy and lovingly furnished 2 room apartment in the upper floor of an original Bavarian country house with south balcony and paradisical garden for 4 guests. The house lies in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from the railway station and the town centre with all its shops. A beautiful forest is close by. Excursions to Munich and the beautiful Bavarian countryside can easily be made by car or by train. You can use the garden and bicycles.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
