Der Starnberger See ist mit dem Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wandern, schwimmen, spazieren, radfahren – Berg ist der ideale Platz für abwechslungsreiche Ferien im Voralpenland.

Cozy Country House - Voralpenland - Region München

The house is located in the country-side, only 25 km south of Munich, close to Lake Starnberg (8to10km), the Octoberfest, the river "Isar" and only a 30 minutes drive to the beautiful mountains. A little "country side" park surrounds the house, which we share with chickens and ducks. (Your kids will love them). -It is the perfect family place (up to 6/ may be 8 people) - for going to Munich, the alpes and lakes. - also very cosy if you are looking for a very romantic place of two .

Beautifully located, quiet and unobstructed on the edge of the forest. Facing southwest, there is sun from morning to evening. The sometimes spectacular sunsets, the unobstructed view of the Garmisch Zugspitze and the peaceful secluded location on the edge of the forest create a unique atmosphere and create wonderful memories. The Kneissl vacation home is located on the high bank of Lake Starnberg in Allmannshausen, a rural village, about 30 km from Munich and about 50 km from the mountains. Walk to the natural swimming coves on the lake in 10 minutes, for sure-footed walkers, a path through the adjacent forest. Cycling tours, hikes in the area and the mountains about 25 km away are possible.
