The house is spacious and has a large living room with a sofa that becomes a bed, a large bedroom, as well as an attic with double beds. The house also has a spacious courtyard and balcony overlooking the Icarian Sea for wonderful sunsets. Ideal for families and groups.

Below the house, there is a beach that you can reach in two minutes via a path with steps. At the back of the house, there is a garden with steps and different levels featuring rest areas. Access to the house is from the street via a path with steps, taking less than 1 minute. Public car park 100 m from the house. Not suitable for people with disabilities.

Das ergibt ein ganz spektakuläres Wohngefühl und den Eindruck, mitten in der Natur zu sein. Die Terrasse hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer, den Strand von Fytema und die Berge von Messaria. Die Wohnung ist 2023 mit ökologischen Materialien im traditionellen Stil ausgebaut worden. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m.

On the north side of the island that is most popular and where you find the best beaches, restaurants etc.
