Το σπίτι είναι 15 μ. από την παραλία και 10 μ. από την πλατεία του χωριού. Είναι κοντά σε ταβέρνες, φούρνο, μπαρ, μίνι μάρκετ, με άνετο πάρκινγκ στο δρόμο και βρίσκεται 5 χιλιόμετρα μόλις από το λιμάνι του Ευδήλου. Το σπίτι είναι ευρύχωρο και διαθέτει μεγάλο σαλόνι με καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι, μεγάλη κρεβατοκάμαρα, καθώς και σοφίτα με διπλά κρεβάτια. Ανατολικά και βόρεια της αυλής μπορείτε να πιείτε τον καφέ σας απολαμβάνοντας την θέα του Αιγαίου και το άκουσμα του ποταμού που θα σας γαληνευσει. Στην αυλή μπορείτε να φιλοξενήσετε το κατοικίδιο ζωάκι σας.
