130 sqm centrally located apartment on 2 floors at the top of the building, 2 balconies with sun from morning to evening. Very bright apartment. The apartment is close to the Nuuks Plads subway station - you can easily get around Copenhagen. It is located in a beautiful area close to green areas, cafes, restaurants, shops. Despite the central location, it is quiet. Like other old properties in Copenhagen, there is no elevator. The apartment has a typical small Copenhagen toilet with shower, it is small but well-functioning.

Use my apartment as a nice base from which you can easily explore wonderful Copenhagen. Enjoy Sydhavnen's many green areas, cafes and beach and get around easily to the inner city's historic center and districts with the local Metro or S-train. Grocery stores, cafes and Karens Minde cultural house are just a 2-minute walk from the apartment. Ideal for a family or two couples who want to experience Copenhagen's pulse in the beautiful light of autumn, and at the same time have a base in airy surroundings with high ceilings.

At Öresund

Now you have the chance to relax and enjoy a fantastic location just 25 meters from the beach. You get a stunning 180-degree view of Öresund, Ven and Denmark. Skåneleden passes outside the window and leads to restaurants, swimming, golf course and Landskrona city center. You will stay in a nice newly renovated room with a small kitchen and private bathroom. In the room, there is a comfortable double bed and, if necessary, access to a guest bed for a larger child and a travel bed for a smaller child.

The houseboat has in each end of the ship to seperate appartments with seperate entrances from outside, seperate kichens, seperat baths and seperate deck. very charming

lovely apartment located by the beautiful lakes, in Copenhagen. Everything is within walking distance, such as Tivoli, Strøget, Torvehallerne, with its large selection of food, wine and generally just a good atmosphere of people from Denmark and a lot of tourists. The apartment itself exudes personality and functions as a private home, where you are in direct contact with people who either walk or cycle by and not least the many runners who use the lakes as a breathing space for their exercise.

Property in the first row to the sea, 4 beds, free parking, electric car charger, a Spirii GO app is required to charge, quiet road, close to Copenhagen. Hvidovre Strandpark is close by. Here you will find, among other things, a child-friendly beach, a large green area, a marina and small, nice restaurants. Several good golf courses nearby, Royal Golf Club, Copenhagen Golf Club. Tivoli in Copenhagen can be reached in 20 minutes by train. ZOO in Copenhagen can be reached in 20 minutes by bus 4A.

Togturen til lufthavnen tager 40 min. Oplader til elbil 25 m fra huset. Gratis parkering ved huset. Der er udendørs trampolin fra 21 april og til og med efterårsferie.

Welcome to my cozy and well-kept apartment, located on a quiet street in central Amager. Please note: I have a cat, but he will not be present during your stay. All bedding and linens are freshly washed and have not been in contact with the cat. Just steps from lively Amagerbrogade with restaurants, cafés, shops, and boutiques nearby. 5 min walk to Amagerbro Metro (10 min to the airport) and 7 min to Christianshavn Metro, with quick and easy access to the city center and main attractions.

Et værelse med sovesofa (160 cm bred slået ud) og fjernsyn og et med tekøkken, spisebord og lille sovesofa (160 cm bred slået ud).
