The 60 m 2 apartment consists of a bedroom with a large double bed, a bathroom, a spacious living room with a kitchen, an anteroom and a balcony. The entire south wall to the sea is in glass so the space has lots of light and with a balcony makes up one space. The apartment is located on the third floor of the house, which is located near the city center (5 minutes pleasant walk along the sea) and from the balcony has an open view of the sea and the islands since the house is located in the first row by the sea.

You are 5 min down the stairs, from the main square but high enough not to have people passing next to your window. Ideal for a couple or small family with one or two small kids. Our house is located 20/25 minutes' walk from the harbour/main square, which is 1,5 km/2 km away.
