The apartment has two bedrooms, living room with dining area and two seating areas, one with TV, the other overlooking the Oslo fjord and Oscarsborg, its own kitchen and bathroom/toilet with bathtub and washing machine. Approximately 105 sqm. The accommodation is located in a quiet cabin area with proximity to both forest and sea. Two patios are available from the apartment. Short distance to Seierstenmarka. 12 min. walk to the swimming area next to the fjord. 1,5 km to bus stop 2 km to the city centre/grocery store/restaurants

Very good sun conditions, evening sun and beautiful sunsets. Everything at the cabin can be used, including the boat with an electric outboard motor, kayak and canoe. Partially newly renovated cabin for rent between Filtvet and Tofte, short distance to the lake with parking space for two cars on the plot. The cabin has several large terraces in different levels with barbecue and outdoor kitchen where you can make dinner while enjoying the view.

Boligen ligger på historisk grunn med utsikt til Oscarsborg. Rett ovenfor eiendommen ligger Kopåsbatteriet, en kanonstilling som deltok i beskytningen av det tyske krigsskipet Blucher 9.april 1940. Drøbak sitt eldste hus, Thorsehuset fra 1760, ligger på samme eiendom. Huset er verneverdig og ivaretatt med omfattende arbeider.

Cosy cabin with a great view. 200 meters to the nearest beach and 800 meters to a big public beach. Sun from 8 am to 10 pm in the summer. Large terrace on three levels. Kitchen holds a modern standard. Main cabin holds to bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), living room, dining area (with a kitchen sofa that can be made in to a double bed) and kitchen. Second cabin is the bathroom and third cabin is a bedroom. Note: The third cabin is without electricity.
