The apartment - formerly part of a carpentry that was renovated into an apartment - impresses with its old-building charm, in combination with a stylish, high-quality furnishings.

Top renovated 50 m² old building apartment (ground floor) in the heart of Cologne. The front room is not furnished, as it is used as a photo studio in between (of course not during a rental). Beautiful wooden floor, new box spring bed, new bathroom, new kitchen. Extremely fast Wi-Fi. Close to numerous restaurants, bars and a supermarket. Very short walk to the airport (17 minutes by train), 15 minutes walk to the main train station, S-Bahn and U-Bahn are 5 minutes away.

The room can be used independently from the rest of the house. It has a double bed (1.40) and a private bathroom with a shower In the passage to the bathroom you can prepare food. The induction hotplate can be set up as needed. Basic equipment is available. We live 6 km away from Cologne/Bonn Airport, which is 9 minutes by car. You don't have to worry about towels and bed linen. Important! We also live in this house. You will hear living noises.
