Petra is an attentive host and we are very enthusiastic about the quiet accommodation that has been furnished with care. We'd love to come back.

We had a very nice time at Michael's place. It is located in a quiet street with plenty of parking. Michael was always available and answered our questions quickly. We were very warmly welcomed and guided through the house. Already during the tour, we noticed how well the house is equipped with towels, hair dryer, sufficient dishes and cutlery, spices for cooking, Wi-Fi and much more. All rooms were tidy, clean and very lovingly furnished. We had more than enough space for 8. We felt very comfortable right away. Thanks to Michael for the wonderful accommodation:)

Petra received me very nicely and warmly. Then she showed me the place and explained everything. Everything is very new and well-maintained. I felt right at home. In the area are supermarkets and also restaurants, which can be easily reached by car, but also on foot. So you have everything you need for your daily needs nearby. The area is very quiet. And due to the good weather, I was able to sit comfortably on the terrace behind the house in the sun. What more could you ask for? Above all, I am very grateful that Petra responded to my special requests. Thank you again for that. Petra is really a good-hearted and very likeable person and a great host.

My husband and I stayed at the Fibo that weekend and wanted to keep the area a little quieter 😊 at Regina's place we got exactly that . She even gave us the tip to take the train to Cologne because there is already a lot going on anyway and you will certainly no longer get a parking space... Regina should keep it right. 😊 Regina was very nice and always on hand if what was 👌🏻 equipment top as cleanliness everything was really great and there is nothing to complain about 🥰 We will certainly come back 👌🏻🥰

Beautiful little apartment in a quiet location near Phantasiland. Easy flexible check-in and parking in front of the door. We spent a night there to attend the Fantissima dinner show. We will be happy to come back.

Was a nice place to stay, quiet and relaxing. 30 min out of town by tram, still easy to get into town.

The accommodation was exactly as described and shown in the photos. It was very clean and nicely furnished. Checking in and out was super easy. The instructions or the description of how to get to the accommodation were also good and helpful. You can get to the centre of Cologne very quickly by car. Otherwise, there are also beautiful cafés and restaurants in Frechen. We were super happy with the choice and would book the accommodation again at any time.

The place is even nicer than in the photos! You feel really comfortable right away Natalia responds promptly to messages, and a small booklet is also laid out with information about the accommodation and regional recommendations such as restaurants or activities. The highlight was the whirlpool on the great roof terrace☺️, highly recommended

We've been here a second time, and it probably won't be the last. Simply perfect!

Spacious apartment and fully furnished as a residential house. Spacious terrace. Location is close to the quiet villa district of Marienburg and the Südpark where you can take beautiful walks. The bus connection to the center is fine. Line 132 stops around the corner. 2 min walk. The HIT supermarket around the corner is also handy. Coffee machine with beans is a winner. A few bottles of drinks and snacks will make you feel welcome.

Everything was perfect thank you very much for the welcome and the beautiful accommodation. I recommend it!

Sabine was very friendly. The apartment is spacious, beautiful, everything is abundantly available, very extensive. And really sparkling clean Top We had a nice walk and bike ride. Centre close by walking within 15 minutes. Restaurant fully present. In short, I recommend everyone to stay here. Not a garden but a bench was also nice to sit outside.
