There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

The cozy, quietly located 75 m² 4-bed non-smoking wooden house on a 900 m² property, of which 850 m² is completely fenced, with 12 m² south balcony and 20 m² non-viewable terrace has telephone and Internet (with netbook and Wi-Fi), a 112 cm LCD TV as well as highchair and crib. Hairdryer, blender, spices, iron and ironing board. A washing machine and dishwasher are provided. Dishwashing, cleaning and laundry detergent, toilet and kitchen paper as well as garbage bags are provided.

The Rurtalsperre, the Vennbahn bike path and the Eifel National Park Nature Reserve are only a few kilometers away. Due to its location in the border triangle, both the Netherlands and Belgium are quickly accessible. The city of Aachen with its sights is about 30 min (car) away. All shopping facilities can be easily reached in 5 minutes (car).
