Monthly Rentals in Huntsville

Stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and had a great time! Everything was very nice and clean, looked just like the photos. But what made this place stand out was the owner, Allen and his wife. Our car battery had randomly died the night before we left and after exhausting all other options, we decided to reach out to Allen. He and his wife immediately offered to come jump our car (at 9:30pm) and were unbelievably kind. Cannot say enough good things about them and this place, highly recommend!

I enjoy the stay. It was very peaceful. Kitchen had utensils for cooking. A covered porch to have coffee. There's a little place just down the street that had hamburgers and pizza, good place to find food and ice cream. The countryside around that area is beautiful! I'd stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at War Eagle Retreat! The location to Withrow Springs State park and War Eagle creek was perfect, literally 2 minutes away and can’t be beat. The home was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you need!

My son and I chose the CONOCO Bungalow while visiting NWA for a baseball tournament. We loved our stay here playing ping pong, darts, and games. Our puppy, Marlee also enjoyed her time here running through the open floor plan. The setup was perfect for entertaining or to sit and relax. During our time we had a lot of rain so unfortunately we didn’t get a lot of outside time around the fire pit or grill, but there was charcoal and firewood available for both. We would definitely come back to stay again, and have recommended to family and friends already! Check in and check out instructions were sent by Laura as soon as the booking was confirmed. Easy to follow instructions. It does say you can change the color of the Conoco sign but we never could get it to change. Probably user error, honestly. Plenty of dishes to stock a fridge if you plan to cook, including sheet pans and casserole dish. Some traffic noise but not terrible or overbearing. Overall completely satisfied with our stay!
