There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. We love living with beautiful design objects and some completely natural elements in between. This is a place to be relaxed, creative, cooking or just contemplating the cityscapes. Located in the attractive old brewery site of Carlsberg filled with heritage buildings, squares, cafes and restaurants. Surrounded by beautiful parks, the hip Enghave Plads and the vibrant Vesterbro.

Lovely newer house very close to good child-friendly sandy beach, close to cafes and restaurants, harbor, big shopping center and only 10 minutes walk to Hundige station, with train every 10 min. It takes approx. 15 min. to Copenhagen C. There is private parking for 3 cars. There is plenty of space - both inside and out - and a lovely large terrace, with plenty of garden furniture and a weber gas grill. Are you fond sailing, there is a combined canoe / kayak that seats 2 people (see picture).
