There is a cozy sofa and a well-equipped kitchen. Two rooms on the 1st floor with four beds and space for 2-3 extra beds. The area offers two harbors with art, cafes and shops, tennis and paddle courts, as well as surfing in Lynæs. Tothaven and Kik Forbi are within walking distance. Pets not allowed

Cozy little apartment (annex) with its own entrance and exit to the garden with barbecue and garden furniture. The apartment: a bedroom with 2 really good box mattresses, which function as a double bed or single beds. Both winter and summer duvets are extra long. Combined living room/kitchen, entrance and small bathroom with shower. There is private guest parking and bicycles available. Close to lovely Kattegat with access to the beach from the landowners' association beach. NOTE: due to dog allergy, no pets. Sorry.

On the lovely Halsnæs close to Lynæs , this unique home is rented out in the middle of a flower garden. It has been newly renovated with respect for the house's 170-year history, with a kitchen and bathroom. The house has its own entrance, terrace, parking space and is secluded from the rest of the property. There are 2 bikes available. The house is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. There is a staircase in the middle of the property where children can be seriously injured if they fall down.

Huset fra 1959 er udvidet og totalrenoveret i 2023 bl.a. med nyt badeværelse, et større køkken, kæmpe terrasse og altan. Huset ligger højt med udsigt over Roskilde Fjord på en blind villavej kun 300 m fra Lynæs Havn og Lynæs Surfcenter. Huset har tre store dobbeltsenge samt alkove, stort køkken/alrum med brændeovn. Dådyr besøge haven dagligt, naturen er helt tæt på...
