Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air, free spirit and are open to guests. The bakery with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and timeless comfort is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophise, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

The last bastion of Einbeck

Our half-timbered house, built around 1550, is located on the longest adjoining half-timbered house street in Lower Saxony and due to its central location in the city center, all sights are easily accessible on foot in a few minutes. The coziness of the half-timbered house is immediately noticeable. It is very family-friendly and our capable property management is always available. It has three levels, with the bedrooms on the upper floors only accessible via narrow stairs.

The apartment with fantastic views comprises the entire attic of my house. It is located in a quiet location in Lamspringe directly on the edge of the forest and is completely newly renovated. The 4 bedrooms comfortably sleep 8 people and is ideal for families or bigger groups. With an open dining- and living room and separate kitchen the house presents lots of living space.

Modern meets half-timbered architecture from 1850. The old barn area can sleep, relax and enjoy 4 people. In addition to the tasteful Scandinavian-style décor with lots of wood, there is a wood-burning stove, a sauna and an interesting beam construction. The area between Solling and Harz is ideal for hiking, mountain biking and walking. Since 2026, the house has been completely supplied with renewable energy.
