The lovingly built Camping Pod comes with the following amenities: ❤ HOT TUB (optional add-on) Enjoy romantic moments in the heated wooden hot tub with a direct view of the forest. The cost is a one-time fee of €60, which includes a box of firewood to heat the tub. If you need more wood, you can purchase an additional box for €10. Of course, you’re also welcome to bring your own firewood. Feel free to bring flip-flops and a bathrobe for extra comfort. (Please note: No fires are allowed during periods of high wildfire risk in summer.) ❤ HAMMOCK ❤ OUTDOOR SHOWER Enjoy a relaxing evening shower or a refreshing rinse with a view of the forest. Thanks to the camping water heater, you’ll have warm water. Recreation in the forest settlement of Glashütte, House Iris

Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

Chalet „Panorama Peak“

Chalet Panorama Peak is a wooden house built in 2025 with 85 square meters of living space and guarantees a healthy indoor climate. You will receive a spacious living/dining area with guest toilet and on the upper floor 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with large shower area. The open design and attention to detail ensure a carefree stay. Ideal for families or couples who want to enjoy a break in the Harz. The wide panorama of the Harz mountains lets you quickly enter vacation mode.

The last bastion of Einbeck

Our half-timbered house, built around 1550, is located on the longest adjoining half-timbered house street in Lower Saxony and due to its central location in the city center, all sights are easily accessible on foot in a few minutes. The coziness of the half-timbered house is immediately noticeable. It is very family-friendly and our capable property management is always available. It has three levels, with the bedrooms on the upper floors only accessible via narrow stairs.

Apartment in Northeim

Small private apartment with private shower and toilet & small outdoor area :). ~ Opposite a Rewe, flower shop and a gas station. 10 minutes' walk to downtown Northeim. Free WiFi 1 double bed + a couch for up to 2 more people (emergency solution see photos) Single and double bed possible. We live in the same house, but there is a separate entrance for the apartment. Parking in the yard. Small area, not visible for motorcycles and bicycles

The summer house

Some time ago, we transformed the old horse stable into a "summer house" through some renovation measures. In doing so, 85 square meters of something unique. We hope that our future guests will feel very comfortable here. Look at the posted photos and let them work on you. We only offer this vacation home in the summer months, as HEATING in winter simply costs a lot of energy. A fireplace is available for the transitional period.

Welcome to our vacation home, which can accommodate up to 18 people – ideal for families, groups or clubs! With 3 fully equipped kitchens, 3 cozy lounges and 10 beds, there is space and comfort for everyone. The surrounding area is the Northeim Lake District, a paradise for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Take unforgettable excursions, on foot, by bike or on the water. The lakes invite you to swim, boat, hike and relax.

A Retreat in Göttingen

This newly renovated 4 bedroom house is found in the sought after village of Nikolausberg close to Göttingen. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, but in close reach to university, UMG, Nord-Uni several research institutes. The 4 bedrooms comfortably sleep 8 people and is ideal for families or bigger groups. With an open dining- and living room and separate kitchen the house presents lots of living space.

Follow your dreams while swinging in the hanging chair in front of the tree backdrop. Our tiny house has a tree house character due to the elevated location and the immediately adjacent trees and is magically located on the edge of the forest.

Centrally located. 5-minute walk to the train station. Grocery stores, etc., are within walking distance. 5 minutes by car to the motorway (A7). Sleeping possibilities: One box spring bed: 140 x 200 cm A sofa bed: approx. 140 × 200 cm (55 × 79 in) If required, a folding bed (80 x 193 cm) can be provided. Please keep in mind: Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
