The lovingly built Camping Pod comes with the following amenities: ❤ HOT TUB (optional add-on) Enjoy romantic moments in the heated wooden hot tub with a direct view of the forest. The cost is a one-time fee of €60, which includes a box of firewood to heat the tub. If you need more wood, you can purchase an additional box for €10. Of course, you’re also welcome to bring your own firewood. Feel free to bring flip-flops and a bathrobe for extra comfort. (Please note: No fires are allowed during periods of high wildfire risk in summer.) ❤ HAMMOCK ❤ OUTDOOR SHOWER Enjoy a relaxing evening shower or a refreshing rinse with a view of the forest. Thanks to the camping water heater, you’ll have warm water. In summer, water can be refilled directly at the pod. In winter, water can be refilled at the sanitary facilities (20m away). TOILET: Sanitary facilities are located 25m from the pod. (In winter, only one sanitary building is open, with a lockable unisex toilet and shower.) A washing machine and dryer are available at the campsite. Each wash or drying cycle costs €3. Neighborhood over the bridge

The apartment was renovated according to ecological renovated from an ecological point of view and has an ingenious indoor climate (clay walls, solid wood floors). It is quietly located and only the sound of the Werra can be heard when the windows are open and lulls you to sleep. From all windows, the apartment offers fantastic views of the Werra/bridge or the old town. The rooms are lovingly furnished. On request: Booking for 1 night and for only 1-2 people possible with additional cleaning and energy package.

Sleeping places in the countryside, bakery, homestay

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air, free spirit and are open to guests. The bakery with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and timeless comfort is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophise, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

Chalet „Panorama Peak“

Chalet Panorama Peak is a wooden house built in 2025 with 85 square meters of living space and guarantees a healthy indoor climate. You will receive a spacious living/dining area with guest toilet and on the upper floor 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with large shower area. The open design and attention to detail ensure a carefree stay. Ideal for families or couples who want to enjoy a break in the Harz. The wide panorama of the Harz mountains lets you quickly enter vacation mode.

The last bastion of Einbeck

Our half-timbered house, built around 1550, is located on the longest adjoining half-timbered house street in Lower Saxony and due to its central location in the city center, all sights are easily accessible on foot in a few minutes. The coziness of the half-timbered house is immediately noticeable. It is very family-friendly and our capable property management is always available. It has three levels, with the bedrooms on the upper floors only accessible via narrow stairs.

Apartment in Northeim

Small private apartment with private shower and toilet & small outdoor area :). ~ Opposite a Rewe, flower shop and a gas station. 10 minutes' walk to downtown Northeim. Free WiFi 1 double bed + a couch for up to 2 more people (emergency solution see photos) Single and double bed possible. We live in the same house, but there is a separate entrance for the apartment. Parking in the yard. Small area, not visible for motorcycles and bicycles

Hagebutte vacation home (Gasthaus Winkelvoß)

Our newly designed apartment can be found located directly above the inn on the upper floor. With 120m² of living space, it can accommodate up to 5 people (more people are possible upon request). Directly from the apartment you have access to a covered loggia, where you can spend relaxing evenings, especially in summer. Please note that pets are only allowed on request. The Wi-Fi and parking in front of the house can be used free of charge.

Studio 1850 loft apartment over 2 floors

Modern meets half-timbered architecture from 1850. The old barn area can sleep, relax and enjoy 4 people. In addition to the tasteful Scandinavian-style décor with lots of wood, there is a wood-burning stove, a sauna and an interesting beam construction. The area between Solling and Harz is ideal for hiking, mountain biking and walking. Since 2026, the house has been completely supplied with renewable energy.

Our tiny house has a tree house character due to the elevated location and the immediately adjacent trees and is magically located on the edge of the forest.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish 90 m² space. The old refurbished wooden beams provide a cozy comfort and the spacious 20 square meter terrace invites you to linger in summer at the latest, Balcony furniture and a beach chair are available for this. The train station in Nörten is easily accessible on foot within 6 minutes. You don't need any longer to get to the bakery.

This bright, spacious apartment was newly furnished in 2019/20 and is located in the Wickensen Town Hall, an ensemble of the Weser Renaissance from 1542. The apartment has a kitchen-living room, a living room and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Suitable for 1 to 4 people.
