Meadows and forests characterize the surroundings as well as inland dunes in the nature reserve, perfect for hikes with animals. Nearby bike and pedestrian paths invite you to explore the surrounding towns. Denmark is just a few kilometers away, as is the small town of Tondern. Access is separate from the residential building.

You will be staying close to the Wadden Sea, which is on UNESCO's World Heritage List. Højer is worth a visit with the beautiful old houses and the small streets with sights such as Højer mill, Højer sluse, arts and crafts. The home: Ground floor contains a small kitchen, hallway with stairs to 1st floor, bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with double bed, dining room, and TV room. TV with the option to cast. 1st floor, small toilet, two bedrooms with double beds. You bring your own bed linen and towels.

Marielund: A scenic farmhouse by the beach

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Vacation in the North Frisian expanse, right on the Danish border and close to the island and Hallig world, the Wadden Sea, but far away from the tourist hotspots. We live directly on the Wiedaudeich, which belongs to a large nature reserve with a fascinating birdlife and at the same time forms the border with Denmark. Here you can experience the famous sort sol, the black sun, in the spring and autumn, the breathtaking dance of ten thousand starlings in the evening sky.

From Humptrup, the North Sea is about 20 km away! The ideal starting point for day trips to the North Frisian islands and Halligen (e.g. Sylt, Föhr, Amrum, Hooge, Oland, Hamburger Hallig). The Nolde Museum is in the immediate vicinity and Denmark is only 3 km away.

You have breakfast in the morning sun with an unobstructed view of the mudflats. Later, you walk over my horse paddock and walk along the beach towards the north or south. Throughout the day, you will increase your radius and explore the island by bike. At the harbor, you get fresh crab salad for dinner. After dinner, you turn on the oven and listen to your favorite music or read the book you've been wanting to read for a long time. Velkomen til Udsigt!

Let your gaze wander over the rooftops of Flensburg! Impressive wooden beams span the three levels of this stunning 80-square-meter apartment. Two bedrooms, a shower room, a large living area with access to the 80 sqm Dutch gallery, as well as a gallery overlooking the living area offer enough space. Easily explore downtown Flensburg, experience sandy beaches and bike paths along the Baltic Sea coast, or take a trip to nearby Denmark.

The estate is located between Niebüll and Risum-Lindholm. Forget your worries and enjoy the tranquility in the middle of fields. Enjoy the light North Frisian breeze on the terrace with a cup of coffee. Take a bike ride on the dike to Dagebüll (13 km) and from there to Föhr or Amrum. The way to Sylt or Denmark is also not far... Should the North Frisian weather show its dark side, the fireplace with its cozy warmth is ready.

My North Star

We modernized the approximately 200 m² vacation home "Mein Nordstern" with a lot of love for detail in 2021. We have equipped and furnished the house as we like it best. In addition to design classics, there are high-quality beds and selected kitchen utensils that make the house modern and cozy overall. Our sauna is brand new from autumn 2023. Sit back and relax – in this quiet, stylish accommodation.

Vacation home in Sylt

Our accommodation is located directly on the dike and close to the Südwesthörn swimming area. The quiet secluded location and cul-de-sac location allows our little guests to play safely in front of our house and dike. Especially the healthy salt and iodine-containing air will help all guests with breathing problems to breathe well again.
