Deposit 1.000 DKK Electricity and water consumption is paid in addition to the rental price (3.50 DKK per kWh of electricity and 100 DKK per m3 of water)

As the cottage is located on a natural site - with many trees, you can expect that on outdoor areas there are fallen leaves, pollen and other things that relate to nature/the season on garden furniture etc.
