The center can be reached in about 15 minutes' walk or you can walk 2 minutes to the bus stop. The apartment is suitable for 2-4 people. There is a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. In addition, you use a kitchen, bathroom, dining room, hallway and storage room. A children's travel bed and high chair are available on request.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in the green district of Ofernerdiek. We rent an approx. 25 square meter room with directly adjacent private kitchenette in the hallway, as well as a private bathroom. The space is located on the 2nd floor with a separate entrance. On the 2nd floor there is also a rarely used private room of ours. The location and infrastructure are ideal with various shopping opportunities. The BAB 293 is very close. In the renovated annex, we let our family & friends stay when they visit us. On other days, we now also warmly welcome everyone else to our place :-). We live centrally in Hude, yet absolutely quiet! You can walk to everything such as train, shops, doctors, pharmacy, forest, etc. There is a private front door, a small kitchen, a shower room with window, a very nice bedroom and a kind of small "living room" with a sofa bed. Parking space available.

We want you to relax, with good books, in a quiet but cozy environment, with only greenery and tranquility in front of the windows.
