Our country cottage has been completely renovated into a beautiful and stylish home. It is situated in an idyllic setting overlooking a stream in the North Yorkshire countryside, 4 miles from the small market town of Malton. This is an extremely peaceful place, entirely surrounded by fields. The cottage is semi-detached with a quiet neighbour. The cottage accommodates 4 adults, a child and a baby, in 3 bedrooms: 1 (king) double, 1 with two singles, 1 with smaller bed and cot.

This beautiful limestone built cottage has an open plan kitchen and lounge with glazed door that opens on to a patio with table, chairs and a BBQ. Beyond is Langton halls back lawn which leads to 20 acres of parkland for you to explore at your leisure. Located within our grounds is an idyllic waterfall- perfect for picnics. The Yorkshire Dales, Moors, Wolds and Coast are only a short drive away. Public footpaths and cycle routes directly from the cottage. Village stores, pubs and a bakery all within a 2 mile radius.
