Jean and Monique were wonderful hosts. Helpful without being officious. Pleasant and engaging, but respectful of our privacy. Very personable and pleasant to deal with all around. The house is small, as the listing clearly states, but it is well equipped and comfortable. The location is ideal for anyone who wants a quiet, safe neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of Manhattan, but with easy access to public transportation to the city. We had a bit of snow and ice during our stay and both Jean and Monique were very conscientious about cleaning the steps and walkways. All in all a perfect stay and would definitely come again.

Ercilia’s attention to detail is outstanding! She has truly thought of everything a guest might need, from extra toiletries to a generous selection of snacks, including health-conscious options. The studio felt just like home, making our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. We look forward to returning if the studio is available for our future visits!

Really beautiful apartment! Had everything I needed and was perfectly laid out. Felt so spacious! The bed was so comfortable. Washer and dryer were awesome. Very clean!! Beautiful sunsets! I stayed through the 4th of July and had a great view of fireworks from every direction as well. Any minor issues I had were met with urgency by Viancka and she was extremely responsive and helpful at all times. Amazing host to work with. The location is a bit iffy, lots of homeless outside the building, but the building itself is great, always a front desk man available so I felt very safe at all times. There’s a parking garage around the corner. Would definitely stay again!

You’re very blessed if you get to stay here! I had a great time staying with Sonia. Sonia a very nice, caring, and helpful; she helped me so much! Sonia is very responsive and really cares about you being comfortable, and does whatever she can to make sure that you are. She is very thoughtful. Her place is great and is in a safe and quiet neighborhood; which was very important for me. The neighborhood is so peaceful and so is her home. Congrats to the person who stays there next! I’m at my new Airbnb now and it sucks; Sonia really set the bar high, I don’t think I’ll ever get such great hosting again.
