The cabin has a large jetty on the downhill side. Isefjærfjorden normally has the highest sea bathing temperature in Norway (according to Reiseradioen). Short distance to the wildlife park, 15 km. The cabin has a steep slope at the front, but it is fenced. There is a parking space with a main road leading to the cabin and to the cabin itself; the road up to the cabin is somewhat narrow. Large deck with tables and chairs. The cabin has running water. The cabin has a brand new toilet. Internet and TV don't work. Enclosed terrace with sliding door/windows. 2 bedrooms with bunk beds. 2 bedrooms with double bed for two people.

HELLO! A natural gem – with a huge garden and a JETTY for SWIMMING and CRAB FISHING at the end of the garden. In the garden, there is a trampoline, volleyball, disc golf, badminton, etc. GAMES ROOM in the barn – billiards, table tennis, darts and air hockey for the kids. Enjoy the archipelago and the beautiful BLINDLEIA right nearby. BOATS - There are three dinghies available for loan for experienced boaters (16 feet with 25 HP and 12 feet with 5 HP), as well as a small 9-foot dinghy. Three kayaks. Fishing rods. Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest overlooking Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

Idyllic annex with view

Here you can lower your heart rate and just be. Wake up in the morning and enjoy the panoramic view of Lake Ånesland while still in bed. Take a morning bath right below the annex and listen to the birdsong. Maybe you can be tempted by a canoe trip? Or bring a fishing rod and try your luck at fishing? Toilet and shower are in the outhouse which is about 80 meters away from the annex. Possibility of grilling on a campfire pan, but no kitchen facilities.

Flakk Gård is located in scenic surroundings by Tovdalselva. The apartment is completely newly renovated and is characterized by charm and tranquility. Huset ligger helt i enden av bilvei, så det er ikke trafikk på området. 70 meter til strand og brygge med båt som er inkludert i leien. Ny båt Pioner 14 med 9.9 Yamaha med el. start og kartplotter. Langgrunn strand som passer fint for de små. Stor gressplen med trampoline ved stranden. Sup-brett og kajakker kan man låne. Med båt er man i Norges fineste skjærgård med mange små holmer og øyer. Badstue tilgjengelig for leietakere.
